This company is fantastic... everything about them and their apartment. The location is ideal and the directions provided made the apartment very easy to find. Our key didn't work upon our arrival, and within 5 minutes Toni (super kind fellow) was there to help us out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to large groups that want to stay together.

Lovely apartment, okay neighborhood, unpleasant check-in

Upon arrival we had to take a cab over to the property office, 20 minutes from where we were staying, get the keys, and go back to the apartment. That was a big hassle after an international flight to get to Barcelona. The neighborhood is okay - not great. There are a lot of mediocre stores and restaurants around the place. If you walk a few blocks over, it is beautiful and we did that a lot. The apartment itself was very clean, but some things hadn't been built very well - the kitchen cupboard doors don't open and close properly, the door to the living room scrapes the floor, and there is a very annoying door to the kitchen that prevents the refrigerator door from opening unless you close the kitchen door first. There is very little privacy for the master bedroom - you can hear everything in that room from the living room and kitchen. The rooftop pool was pleasant but small.

The apartment was smaller than one would imagine based on the photos. This itself would not be as much of a problem if it was not in such disrepair: walls with holes, tv not working, generally increased wear and tear. It was also lacking in some basic supplies: no dish towels or drying rack for dishes, no extra garbage bags. And while the management had no control over this, while this was a no smoking apartment the apartment below us WAS smoking (things other than tobacco), and the smell would enter our apartment. This is made worse by the fact that I was traveling with children who have no business being exposed to such substances.

MySpace apartments is pure oplichterij. Niets is als op de foto’s (die zijn gemanipuleerd), niets is als in de omschrijving. De - extreem - positieve reviews op Vrbo zijn nep (en vaak dubbel geplaatst). De reviews van de echte gasten (de reviews van diegene waarbij de data van verblijf staan aangegeven) liegen er niet om. Als je het adres intypt op Google, lees je nog meer echte ervaringen en die zijn echt schrikken. Naar je borg kun je ook fluiten als je er niet meteen bovenop zit. Het was in één woord verschrikkelijk om daar te verblijven. Alles in en aan de flat is vies, ranzig, uitgewoond en het dakterras is een publieke plek, waar (overigens niet onaardige) locals samenkomen voor een feestje. Het heeft onze reis verpest en we vinden het onbegrijpelijk dat dit via Vrbo verhuurd wordt. Inmiddels neemt de organisatie ons gelukkig serieus en vindt er intern onderzoek plaats.

We spent seven nights here and loved "living" in this neighborhood. Safe and clean and convenient. There's so much to do within walking distance. Market right across the street. Very well equipped and furnished apartment. Almost everything you need. We were three adults sharing this apartment for a week. The team was very receptive to any questions. Great wi - fi. We were welcomed by a staff member, who did an excellent job with our guidance. We are very happy to have chosen this apartment; it was our first time in Barcelona.
