Mixie is a centrally located condo development offering a shared pool, an open air communal sitting area and on-site fitness facility. Professionally managed by My Huatulco Vacation, Mixie 203 is an ideal option for budget-minded travelers or for those considering a longer-term stay.

NOTE: This property has a 4 night minimum requirement

The modern condo offers a flat screen TV in the living room and access to the terrace which offers a private sanctuary perfect for lounging in the sun and enjoying the warm tropical heat.

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.

FABULOUS PLACE FOR A VACATION

Reviewer Comments: The Studio had everything we needed.There is a toaster oven, microwave/convection oven, hotplates and enough dishes/pans to cook for yourself if you wanted to do so. However why cook on vacay when there are endless restaurants within walking distance of the Mixie Condos.Chedraui is just a short walk around the corner for all the essentials you'll needThe local beach, Chahue is also a short walk.Highly recommend the stay!

We love it there as it is so central to everything including Chedraui. Nice pool and prope return multiple years so there are friends there. It's quiet and the condo we had was nicely appointed. Good prompt service too from My Huatulco Vacations, when need. We are returning next year too.

A couple times we had internet problems, staff was there within 2 hours. I have 4 stars for location because of hotels and loud music at night, also neighbours have 5 dogs...lots of barking at night.

The condo is a studio, not large but exactly what my husband and I needed. Comfortable and had most amenities you could ask for. The complex is clean and the pool and gym are perfect. Close proximity to the beach, grocery store is right around the corner, and taxis are everywhere! Very easy to get around. You can walk everywhere if you’d prefer.

The condo was tiny, but it was large enough and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday in the Huatulco area ... The condo was clean, in good shape and best of all it was within walking distance to many great restaurants and beachs ... Gris the property manager for MHV was great to deal with as well ... She immediately took care of our every concern, would like to personally thank her!!! We would definitely stay at this location again!!! 3 Weeks in Mixie 203 - Nov/Dec 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole trip was very satisfactory! This new condo is only 4 years old and is very clean and had everything required for our stay. It was located only one block away from a supermarket and it is only a short (and cheap) cab ride downtown or to any of the beaches. It is located in a very quiet complex and the other guests, both owners and renters were great. The patio doors face north east which means the sun doesn't shine in which makes it much cooler than other units which is very good at that time of year. We were met at the front door by Zabdi when we arrived and he was extremely helpful. The only negatives are the bed is soft and not good if you have a bad back, there is no BBQ (whereas other condos do), and there should be a couple more towel hooks installed in the bathroom as there is only one. We would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it our friends and family.

A great place to stay in Huatulco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described. Very clean, well kept and functional. We prepared a large number of our meals during our 3 week stay which was easy in the well equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable, the room is easy to cool with the ac and in the early mornings we opened the patio door to let in the cool early morning air. The complex has a nice pool and courtyard to lounge in with an outdoor shower to wash off with after swing in the ocean which is a 3 minute walk away. The stall onsite and with the management group where very helpful and assisting with getting cabs and booking excursions and tours. The condo is located on a quiet back street with 24 hr security and the area is quite and safe. The condo is 2 minute walk to a large grocery store and a good number of restaurants nearby or a short walk into La Crucietia or Santa Cruz. We didn't rent a car and found we didn't need one as taxis were readily available and inexpensive. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would most definitely come back.

If you’re a walker you can walk to the beach at Santa Cruz in 25 minutes but the beach at Chahue is five minutes away!
