Summary:
Reintroducing Ivydene Annexe - an established 'Guest Favourite' Airbnb home, the apartment has been fully renovated by the new owners. Everything is fresh and new, and we welcome our first guests with special introductory rates.
This 3-bed apartment is perfect for families, completely self-contained, and set beneath a friendly family home on one of Cheltenham's finest leafy streets. Light, spacious and fully equipped for up to 6 guests, an ideal base for exploring Cheltenham & the Cotswolds.
The Space:
This well equipped and beautifully renovated apartment comes with everything you will need for a comfortable stay - quality kitchen appliances, family essentials (travel cot, high chair, toys & books), fresh, crisp linens and fluffy towels. A true 'home away from home'.
Enter the property through a modern, inviting kitchen, complete with brand new dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, breakfast bar and additional dining area for 6 people. You will find it well equipped for preparing meals and eating in during your stay. A great sociable space for planning your days out.
The apartment is all on one level, and as you turn into the main corridor you'll be surprised at just how far back the place goes, giving plenty of space for families and small groups.
Of the 3 bedrooms, the master is an elegant double room, freshly decorated and with a very comfortable new bed and crisp, quality linens. The large wardrobe with drawers provides plenty of clothes storage.
Bedroom 2 features 2 full size single beds, a double wardrobe, full length mirror and stylish decor.
Bedroom 3 is a cosy, kid-friendly bunkbed room, with bright, quirky decor, and a selection of books and toys. The beds are full-size singles, so could sleep adults too if happy to bunk!
The bathroom features a brand new bath with quality shower over and folding screen, handy for kids' bath time.
On-street parking is currently free of charge, and you'll often find spaces directly outside the front gate.
The location is ideal, within walking distance to Cheltenham town centre and the desirable Montpellier district, home to the famous Jazz & Literature festivals, and many fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes and restaurants.
The immediate area also has some lovely local independent restaurants and cafes and a convenience store. Sainsbury's supermarket and Cheltenham's best fish & chip shop are just 2 mins' drive away!
Family favourites Pitville Park, with its boating lake and adventure playground, and Cheltenham Lido are close by. We'd be happy to share our personal recommendations of favourite local spots and fun days out.

Bethany and her family live above and are friendly but discreet, so you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The location is ideal, within walking distance to Cheltenham town centre and the desirable Montpellier district, home to the famous Jazz & Literature festivals, and many fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes and restaurants.
The immediate area also has some lovely local independent restaurants and cafes and a convenience store. Sainsbury's supermarket and Cheltenham's best fish & chip shop are just 2 mins' drive away!
Getting Around:
Parking - on-street parking is currently free of charge and unrestricted (although please always check parking signs). You'll often find spaces directly outside the front gate. It's a safe, quiet, leafy street with many family homes.
Public transport - Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is just 2 miles away, and there are easy bus routes into town and beyond.
Other Things to Note:
The Annexe is a basement apartment, set below the main family home. It is pleasantly bright and spacious, with plenty of natural light from lots of windows throughout.
Although the apartment is set across one level, it is accessed by going down one set of fairly narrow steps. It therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The Annexe is managed on behalf of the owners by Brett & Victoria of AirPeople, a Cheltenham based husband & wife property team. We will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly with your stay.
