The Space:

Set within the beautifully landscaped grounds of Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park, Royal Pines Lodge offers a stylish and peaceful countryside escape. This elegant two bedroom, two bathroom lodge sleeps up to four guests and is perfect for couples or small families looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the great outdoors in comfort.



Inside, the open plan living space is bright and sophisticated, featuring soft natural tones, high quality furnishings, and a cosy indoor fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere all year round. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you need for a relaxed self catered stay. The dining area provides a perfect setting for leisurely meals or evening drinks, while the lounge offers plush seating and a Smart TV for quiet nights in.



Large patio doors open out onto the private terrace where you can soak in the bubbling hot tub, unwind on the outdoor seating, and enjoy views of the surrounding gardens. Whether it is a morning coffee or a sunset soak, this private outdoor space offers complete tranquility.



The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and en suite shower room, while the second bedroom includes twin beds ideal for family or friends. A second modern bathroom provides additional convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.



Royal Pines Lodge is also pet friendly, so your four legged companions can join in the adventure. With the park’s Bar & Grill, nine hole golf course, and scenic walking routes all within easy reach, it is the perfect base for a relaxing countryside getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date.

Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay.



Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay.

There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times.



Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us.

Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site.



All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

York Railway Station, just 25–30 minutes away, provides excellent national connections with regular services to London, Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh. Taxis are readily available from the station, or guests can reach Pocklington by bus and complete the final short leg of the journey by taxi or on foot.
