utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The space

Welcome to this bright and modern 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of
Barcelona, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. With 75
m², it offers a cozy and functional space to enjoy the city in complete
comfort.

The apartment features an elevator in the building, iron, Wi-Fi,
hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the
apartment, and 1 television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped
with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker,
toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, ideal for
preparing meals just like at home.

Enjoy a comfortable, modern, and well-located space, perfect for
exploring Barcelona during the day and relaxing at night.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.

-Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday
(consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule,
we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR

- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied
(€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts,
burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities
of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for
the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if
available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of
the guest.
