In less than a half-mile walk, Bath's historic city centre attractions are waiting to be explored, including Pulteney Bridge, the Roman Baths, and the 6-mile circular Bath Skyline walk. Head 2.5 miles to the Bristol and Bath Railway Path's start and enjoy 13 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. Otherwise, head to the historic house and gardens at Longleat House or to Lacock Abbey, which holds over 800 years of history and was a location for filming Downton Abbey and Harry Potter, 20 and 13 miles respectively.
This is a stylish house with fresh and bright decor inspired by tropical birds, as its name suggests. This is a reverse-level property, so as you walk through from the entrance lobby, you will find a King-sized bedroom on the ground floor, with views of Bathwick St Mary's Church and a shower room. Also on this floor is a large shower room with stylish patterned grey tiling and wall art. Upstairs boasts an attractive open-plan kitchen, a living room and another twin bedroom. Light floods into the sunny citrus and warm grey living area/kitchen from three Velux windows, and there is also a bay window ensuring plenty of natural light. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa and an armchair and there’s a Smart TV so you can catch up on your favourite shows. The 'U'-shaped kitchen has everything for your catering needs and the dining area is just in front of the kitchen area. The twin bedroom features a TV and can made as a superking on request.
This cottage has no dedicated outdoor space, but Sydney Gardens and Henrietta Park are both just a couple of hundred metres away. There is off-street private parking for one car, together with an EV charger.
