Full kitchen with all appliances, utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Master bedroom ( king size bed and 25' TV) Second bedroom with 2 full beds and a twin bunk bed, 25' color TV. Spacious living/dining room area. 32' flat TV, VCR/DVD and music entertainment center.

Non -smoking/pet may be considered & marina: Please our home is a NON-SMOKING cove and only small pets are allowed and must be approved by owner prior to accepting the rental.
Our private cozy cottage will offer you comfortable, relaxing and attractive accomodations at affordable rates compared to motels, hotels in this area. You will have the additional convenience of using a private marina to launch your boat at N/C. Marina is just 3 blocks from the house, additionally there is parking space to park a large boat trailer + 3 cars.
Dock have been remodeled recently from a 40' to 65' wide. Deep water canal leads to Tavernier Creek waterway, only 4 nautical miles from our backyard to the Atlantic Ocean!

Beach, Boats and State Park facilities: As member of the Islamorada Founders Park, you & your family will have free access to a private beach and recreation area.
In addition, you and your family will have access to Harris Harris Park/Beach and recreation area as well, which is just a few minutes away from our home.
John Penekamp, Long Key State Park and Bahia Honda are close by and there is only a small nominal fee for admission. In all of these parks, there are many aquatic activities to enjoy; including jet ski rental, kayak, pedal boats, diving, snorkeling. Also private charter boats are available for back country fishing and deep water fishing in the Florida Keys.
