Wake up and look out to the greenery and unique landscape with a cup of coffee in hand. Head into the fully equipped kitchen and whip up a hearty breakfast for the group on modern appliances. When it is time to head out for the day, ruin in some sunscreen and treat yourself to a day on the sugar-white sand or simply lounge by the shared pool for a tanning session. Grab a partner and head out to the shared tennis courts for a bit of friendly competition while away. When days come to a close, watch the sky change colors from the private balcony and settle in with a movie night on the flatscreen TV.

Perched in a great area of Tavernier, there will be ample activities right outside your front door. Spending days on the warm sand or swimming in crystal clear water are just the beginning of a dreamy stay. Venture out a bit and you can enjoy the plethora of restaurants and shops within a mile from the complex as well such as Chad's Deli & Bakery and Sunrise Cuban Market & Cafe. If you brought the kids along, make your way to Rain Barrel Village for a quirky day trip. Plus, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is also a great place for some snorkeling and sightseeing just 10 miles away!

Great place to stay

This is a lovely place to stay! Place was clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials including a coffee maker and filters.My only minor complaint is the dryer was not working, but hopefully that will be fixed soon for future guests.

We had a wonderful time. Went diving and kayaking out of Pennekamp State Park, only 10 miles away. Also went to a couple of good brew pubs in Islamorada, only 10/11 miles away.

Good value

Very nice swimming pool. Disappointed no tennis racquets for the courts, beach very underwhelming. But for the price - the actual rooms were well maintained and spacious for our needs. Really the place exceeded my expectations.

Great Little Condo Located Between Key Largo and Islamorada

The place was clean and secure. It's so nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer when you're out of town for a quick getaway. My daughter said the wifi was great. She was doing a college summer class while there. The pool area was nice but the water was very warm in July which is to be expected. The beds were comfortable and the TV had enough channels for us because we were only there after dinner and in the morning for breakfast.

A solid place to stay!

We stayed here for the price. We were pleasantly surprised about how nice this place was for the price. Not a great view of the ocean, but close enough. A 3rd or 4th floor would've been better for that! The one thing we were disappointed about was the quality of the cooking ware! But it was still doable, besides, so many great restaurants in the keys! Why cook so much at the condo! Pool was great! So was the hot tub!

Where condo rentals go to die.

* Broken toilet lid* Very low water pressure in both bathrooms* Primary bathroom had no cold water pressure after flushing toilet, toilet Tank took 20 to 30 minutes to fill* Handle on kitchen sink very loose* Chipping paint in various locations* Missing laminate on edges of kitchen countertop* Sagging mattress in primary* Contacted property management Upon arrival about water pressure, were told that they would come out and take a look, but no one ever arrived before our departure.Amenities of the complex were nice.

Great location but actual condo was old, not well maintained.

Overall impression is that the property location is good. The actual condo was not impressive at all for the money spent. Many items in need of repair/replacement. (toilet tank lid was cracked and had tape over it); kitchen Formica strip had a piece missing. the molding in the unit was very old; worn and looked like an amateur had installed it. The furniture was too big for the rooms. Great view and outdoor pool. The cafe/lounge that was suppose to be open was not
very disappointing
 not as listed! Saw few roaches; there was spray under the counter
 it needed to be treated.

I have rented many properties from VRBO. This property was actually thru a third party. There were many things that were disappointing. Main suite bathroom shower did not drain, dishwasher came out of the cabinet when you went to open it, no kitchen towels, the lamp in the living room on/off switch was broken. I notified the property manager, who was responsive, but things were not fixed until we left. Disappointed to authentic least. Balcony extremely disappointing! Positive
.fresh flowers upon arrival and beds were comfortable.pool at complex was nice.

Worst rental experience I’ve ever had, EVER!

Horrible experience with rental and owners. Upon checkin was met with a master bathroom that didn’t flush, a secondary bathroom with a toilet legitimately taped together, dirty towels left in washing machine and the kitchen table propped up with a old beer case due to being super unlevel. Lastly the stovetop had the knob broken off one burner that is unable to be used. I immediately sent a message to owners with pictures and did not get a reply for 36 hours that gave no guidance as this property is managed by a third party. During our week stay the master toilet was NEVER fixed. Beyond disappointed with the lack of communication and cleanliness we found the unit in. Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone stay at this property.

The showers in the apartment were not useable one had zero hot water and the other didn’t drain so we couldn’t shower for 2 days and they just kept putting us off about it until I threatened to call code enforcement then they finally moved us. It was also missing light covers

Great location, but dirty and buggy

This was a very comfortable place to stay for two couples. We liked that we each had our own bathrooms and plenty of room to relax. The pool was very nice. We did have an issue with our room not being clean when we checked in, so couldn't check in on time but we were taken care of for the inconvenience. We also reported fruit flies coming out of one of the bathroom drains, we were promised that someone would come by to address it but they never did.

Nice condo unit but limited water sports/access

The unit was pretty much as described and clean and well kept. Everything worked and no complaints about the unit itself. The large pool was awesome and we me some new friends there. However my family is a die hard beach/water family and there the location fell short in other aspects. I fish a lot and although I charter guides in the Keys I also like to do fishing in the afternoon or morning, sometimes evening, with my kids whether for snappers or sharks off the beach/piers. Almost every Keys rental I rent is on the water like this and almost everyone has some kind of dock/pier available for fishing. There is a pier but expressly no fishing (posted) and even if it were allowed there is no easy way to fish. The beach isn't suitable for fishing either. I've stayed here before in a different unit and there used to be a great trail that lead to the ocean but for some reason management has chosen to close that off so I couldn't fish there either. As a result there really isn't any decent snorkeling either. The only saving grace was the pool My lesson now isn't just to use Google Maps to see what kind of fishing access is available but to ask the owner directly about the fishing opportunities. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars...

Old but suitable

There were a couple of issues that I brought to the attention of the Vacasa reps while we were there. They were not items that could be fixed right away and I was given a small refund for the inconvenience. Much appreciated. Overall, very nice and would stay there again.

Disappointed

Floors filthy despite being tile- feet black from moment we got there ; no soap although advertised as being provided ; all louver doors filthy, dryer door didn’t shut nor did it put out hot air, so had to go to laundromat; no hangers in 1 bedroom, but there were stacks of floor tile, a piece of wood with nails sticking out of it, a lamp with no bulb or shade in closet. No coffee table (although in fairness that is in photo that it doesn’t exist
) ; Dining table set was an outdoor patio wrought iron set - inside- & incredibly uncomfortable; Some upgrades done in bathrooms, but obviously not by someone who knew what they were doing; only 2 burners on stove worked; fridge had rust on outside of it; Beds relatively comfortable & had great towels; Felt safe at property; elevator worked well; plenty of parking; good location, but a long walk to water. Really long. Artwork on narrow hallway was a metal sculpture that kept cutting us as we walked down. Just a cold, non- homey place to sleep. Any nice touches completely missing. Conditioner provided (small hotel bottles) so old it had separated & unusable, TP & paper towels cheap, no dish towels or hot pads; bring everything you want- coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner- while they did not say there would be coffee, it would be a nice touch to have at least 1 days worth. I wouldn’t stay here again as price extremely high for what we got. Headboard in second bedroom not even attached & dangerous. Disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay at the condo, however the room needs to be updated and needs a through cleaning. Sheet set was fresh however comforter was very dirty. The resort was nice. It has a public pool, beach access and bar.
