Ocean Front Home With Private Dock

This review is a little disappointing not to mention misleading. Many of our tenants have loved the place, but just have not taken the time to write a review. We recently purchased the property and have worked very hard to make improvements. The patio furniture, such as the 2 cushioned lounge chairs and multiple cushioned Adirondack chairs, and others are usually kept downstairs. Some are plastic and will hold up to the harsh environment of being right on the ocean, and light weight enough that they can be moved to the upstairs patio if desired. On the upstairs patio, there is a nice wooden table with 4 aluminum sling chairs as shown in the pictures and an "ancient" love seat glider which has a lot of sentimental value. Downstairs we have a very nice wicker table with 6 wooden chairs which we use for family cookouts and is protected from the rain. The kitchen has and did at the time, a new fridge with an ice maker and new microwave, but the glass top stove that is still in good working condition has a little bit of rust due to being in a house right on the ocean. Only a few of the windows did not have screens at the time, but all of the windows now have them. The master shower does have a builder’s grade fiberglass enclosure with sliding glass doors, but it is in good shape, clean, and works and I would not call it "atrocious", see the pictures. Most of the bedroom furniture is new and is from Ikea. We do not have an excess amount of furniture because we do not want the house to look cluttered. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with all of the typical cooking tools including 3 different sized frying pans located in the lower cabinets next to the fridge, just look or ask for them. We keep a vacuum cleaner in one of the closets, and usually a dust pan and broom, but the dust pan and broom may have been left in storage after cleaning the house. I am glad that the dollar store could accommodate. We chose this property because of its location which is our main amenity, being right on the ocean with an endless view. There are very few properties that give you a deep canal with a private dock right on the ocean, especially for that price. We are proud of our little piece of paradise and are constantly making improvements.
