The centre of this home is the light and airy open-plan living room/kitchen/diner where all the family can gather together on the cosy corner sofa. One corner of the room is dedicated to the kitchen which is brightly lit and tastefully decorated where you''ll find everything you need to cook up a meal. There is also a four-seater dining table. All three bedrooms can be accessed via the hallway, each styled with bold wallpaper and furnished with a Smart TV. One of the bedrooms features a spacious king-size bed, whilst the second has a small double and the final a single bed offering versatility in the sleeping arrangements. These rooms share the use of the family bathroom. Outside, the patio area is a perfect spot for dining alfresco, whilst the garden to the side of the property is ideal for children and dogs. Guests will also be welcome to use the communal games room featuring table tennis, a pool table and a selection of board games for entertainment.

For a magical day out, why not visit the village of Dunster in Exmoor National Park? Known for its castle on a hill which looks as if it has been plucked straight out of a storybook, it''s a great place for whimsical walks, wandering through the charming cobbled streets and exploring the local history. Further afield, Lynton and Lynmouth (23 miles) are characterful places to visit with a unique funicular railway, dramatic coastal habitats and distinctive rock formations, perfect for active explorers.
