Please note this property has a video doorbell security camera at the front of the house for safety & security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors for cigarette smoke, humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio - it reports volume level in decibels).
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties so our guests are required to choose between paying a refundable £250 security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver for £35 (the waiver indemnifies you from £250 of accidental damages).
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner Enso Connect, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
