beautiful lamie with characteristic stone vaults, a beautiful manicured
garden equipped with a hot tub and solarium: it has everything you could want for a relaxing vacation in Puglia.
The villa with trullo and hot tub is equipped with the most modern accessories: air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, washing machine,
hairdryer, smart TV, iron and ironing board, crib. The kitchen is
complete with electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle,
dishwasher, toaster etc.
In the large garden there is also a barbecue for grilling and an outdoor shower.

Pumo is a cozy villa with trullo, lamia and hot tub for rent in the
countryside of San Michele Salentino, in the Brindisi area. The property
is ideal for a vacation under the banner of comfort, tradition and
relaxation.
 
Nestled in a lush Mediterranean garden, this charming villa combines architectural authenticity and contemporary comfort.
Outside, a manicured and colorful garden welcomes an elegant and private hot tub, perfect for moments of outdoor wellness. Completing the picture is a spacious covered veranda with table and chairs,
ideal for convivial dinners or breakfasts in the quiet of the
countryside. The relaxation area is completed by an open outdoor shower
and outdoor bathroom.
The property consists of a characteristic trullo with lamia, furnished verandas and bright and well-distributed interior spaces.
The airy and cozy living room features large windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table and TV.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first room is located inside the lamia, with a typical barrel vault. The second lamia is housed in the trullo, with the possibility of adding 1 bed on a cot, upon request.
Each room is tastefully furnished, maintaining the authentic atmosphere of Apulian tradition.

from the center of San Michele Salentino, a small town in the province
of Brindisi.
The solution is perfect for exploring the entire
Valle d`Itria, with famous destinations all to be discovered such as
Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and Mesagne.
The property, ideal for
families, couples and small groups. For larger groups up to 12 beds,
Trullo Pumo can be combined for rent with Villa Ulivo with pool and 7
beds, located next door.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
