Located in Santa Maria di Leuca, overlooking one of the most suggestive panoramic points in Italy, stands Villa Aristula, a typical Mediterranean style residence, welcoming and elegant. Built in 1926 and recently carefully renovated, the residence retains the charm of historic houses intact, enriched by modern comforts: air-conditioned environments, sober and refined furnishings, large spaces designed to accommodate up to 11 people. The villa stands out for its unique position, with a furnished terrace and verandas that offer a breathtaking view, while the private terraced garden leads directly to the sea. To complete the picture, an indoor pool with hydromassage and waterfall, ideal for moments of relaxation at any time of the day. Adjacent to the center of the renowned town of Leuca, the house allows you to easily reach restaurants, shops and the marina. The location is perfect for exploring lower Salento: from the beautiful beaches of Pescoluse, Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli, to inland villages such as Specchia, Presicce and the fascinating Lecce.

Interiors:
The villa is on two levels that have independent access and are not connected internally. UPPER GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to the living room with direct access to the sea-view veranda, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite shower and private bathroom; cinema room with projector and corner bar; bathroom with shower. LOWER GROUND FLOOR — Kitchen; small reading room; dining room; large terrace with pergola equipped with dining table and sitting area; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a triple bedroom (with joinable single beds); a bathroom with shower.
Park:
The private garden covers about 750 square meters and is planted with succulents and typical Mediterranean essences, in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. Access is through a pedestrian gate from the main road, while an adjacent driveway gate allows cars to enter. The garden is spread over terraces that descend to the sea, which is accessed directly through a pedestrian gate. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The private and indoor pool can be reached by crossing the terrace on the lower floor. Rectangular in shape, it measures 2.5 x 4.5 m and has a depth varying from 45 cm to 1.40 m. Internally covered in PVC and with access through submerged steps; equipped with a waterfall and hydromassage vents; heated; with internal lighting. The stone solarium on the terrace it overlooks is equipped with sun loungers, and not far away, on the stairs that descend to the sea, there is a shower with cold water. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
