** Clean towels and linens will always be provided for our guests however you are also welcome and encouraged to bring you own bedding and pillows if you wish. Welcome to Stony Hill! This cozy ranch-style home is nestled on a hilltop amid 2 wooded acres. The master bedroom has a queen bed with attached private bath. There is additionally a common bath open to the house. One smaller bedroom features bunk beds and the other a twin.

The kitchen is fully furnished with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee pot along with all the cookware and utensils to prepare and serve most any meal. There's even a dishwasher and laundry for for easy cleanup on extended stays.

There is a gas grill on the deck and a fire pit in the yard complete with seating area that's perfect for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows or for just hanging out around the fire.

* Please note that this is a rustic home in the woods where things live. Be aware that there are spiders, mice, snakes and other pests all around and they do find their way in the house from time to time, despite my best efforts. The house is regularly treated with pet-safe methods and you will see that there are traps in various places. Infestations are one thing, and all reports will be taken seriously and dealt with immediately, but if you can't deal with seeing one mouse, or a couple spiders in the house, please DO NOT book this property!
