Thanks for staying with us! Just a reminder that checkout time is 11am. Please leave the keys on the coffee table ( keys are not required to access the parkade from the building) .
Please strip all the bedsheet and used towels and put them in the washer but don’t start the washer. also remember to take the all garbage out,
. garbage room is in the main floor of the building. take the elevator to main floor on the left by the vending machine and the garbage room will be all the way at the end

Where should I start to describe this “luxurious” mini-apartment? Perhaps with the oil-stained fitted sheet? The two damp unmatched stained towels provided? The three cheap flat pillows? The bathroom door that didn’t shut? The loose faucet in the sink? The lack of any hand towel or dish towel. The filthy air vent in the bathroom covered in an inch of dust? The long hair in the shower? (Both my husband and I have very short hair). The holes and scuff marks on all the walls? The total lack of any hangers or even a hook to hang up our soaked jackets? Or maybe the broken lamp in pieces on the floor. Even when I asked the host for a couple of decent pillows and some fresh towels, it took multiple communications and in the end, we received two more pillows but only one towel. I’m stunned that they charged nearly $300 per night for that disgusting place. The “external” reviews giving it the maximum number of stars is a joke. I actually relied on those reviews as comfort that it would be worth that price. What was supposed to be a super fun weekend in Edmonton with my husband turned into a situation where we couldn’t leave fast enough the next morning.
