→ Building The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator, and has been decorated under the guidance of a Finnish designer living in Portugal. The idea was to celebrate the spirit of classic Portuguese style in Lisbon's elegant Baixa Pombalina neighborhood. Local materials, such as typical Portuguese limestone in soft cream and pink tones, with its luxurious matte finish, were used on the kitchen surfaces and in the three bathrooms. The Pombaline wooden structure, which separates the kitchen from the living space, was used on the walls to reinforce all the buildings in the Baixa area. The living and dining area is furnished by a premium Portuguese furniture brand, once again emphasizing the use of natural materials, marble in this case. The beautiful blue and white tiles on the living room walls were handpicked from Lisbon's Sant'Anna Factory, which since 1903 has been responsible for recreating any damaged piece on the facade of house 93 on Rua da Prata.
→ Bedrooms The apartment features three bedrooms. The first one has a queen-size bed and a balcony, the second is a suite with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and a view of São Jorge Castle. The third and final bedroom is also a suite and has two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
→ Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms with showers.
→ Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a wooden staircase, a luxurious and comfortable sofa, a dining table for 6, and a very convenient and bright balcony overlooking the Tagus River.
→ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, iron, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest.
