A covered onsite parking spot is provided for you, and bike rentals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just what we needed!

Traveling with my 13- and 10- year old grandsons is fun and stressful! The condo provided the amenities we needed. The pool was wonderful! The on-site food truck was handy one evening when we were too tired and overheated to cook or go out. Loved the turtles in the canal! The condo was sized right for the 4 of us and was a great place to settle in while exploring all that Key West has to offer. Great location!

I would’ve gave it 5 stars but I gave it 3 only because I seen a roach in the bathroom and my cable wasn’t working in 2 rooms. But everything else was perfect.

The apartment was sufficiently clean when we arrived. However, we ran into issues with unlocking the door when we arrived. We were on the phone with the maintenance man on call who was trying to help us remotely because he was 30 plus minutes away from the unit. The code we were given did not work. He tried multiple things to help us, but it wasn't until someone else from the company contacted me about how the unit was and I let her know of the issue. I wonder if she hadn't activated the code, because the original code worked shortly after I texted with her. So we sat for over an hour in the outdoor hallway with the no-see-ums before we were able to enter the apartment. The apartment was incredibly outdated, as expected from the reviews. The unit advertised a washer and dryer, but that was not in the actual apartment but downstairs. Everything was run down and out of date. But I suppose it was as we expected given the price and the reviews. It was adequate for a budget stay.

Great place, last minute reservation so although it handled all 5 of us I wish it was bigger that’s on me but the place and stay was great.

The location worked well for our stay in Key West. Issues we encountered were: the patio door didn’t lock causing a safety concern, dirty sheets on the sofa bed, no Kleenex tissues, louvered closet doors need dusting, no extra washcloths. The manager was quick to respond in bringing clean sheets.

Great little place to rest your head

We enjoyed our stay here. Small but comfortable for 5 people. We weren't there much due to exploring the island. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle as it's a 15 minute drive from most attractions.

There really wasn't anything special about this suite. It is severely outdated and needs to be modernized. The door locks are a pain in the ass and need to be upgraded. It took 20 minutes just to get the code to work and the battery was going dead in the lock. Overall it was a nice place but definitely needs some upgrades, there is no view so it's also a bit overpriced. It's a but far from all the action Key West has to offer also. Probably wouldn't recommend this suite.

Great rental for our family. Some things a little unclear such as bikes that were supposed to be available and communication was a little slow, but the rental was in great shape. This was from a year ago, so i did find it odd at the rental company just reviewed us and asked us for areview

Great weekend away!

The property was close enough to all the activities yet far enough way from the hustle and bustle. (15/20 min Uber ride). Pool was delightful. Apt had all the necessities. Place was very dated but surface clean. Could use a good deep clean but was totally fine for our weekend stay. No complaints! Nice place and would stay again!

Overall nice place

It was a nice place for the price. Close to the things you need. Not far from all touristy areas. Many local restaurants to choose from. As listed on VRBO, needs other updates. Mattresses in both rooms old need to be replaced. Tendency to roll toward middle. Needs new hair dryer in Master bedroom with longer cord.

Key west

It served a purpose of being with friends that live on the island. The pool was closed in the morning when we wanted to use it, and most of the time we came back after dark and it was closed again. It’s a quick water to the water, enjoyed having coffee with sun coming up.
