Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, specifically near the center of Athens. 20 Meters away from Bus and 10 Minutes by foot to railway station. 30 Meters to the SuperMarket and to the main Bazzar Market of Kallithea. Newly renovated, in 2023. The apartment is 50 square Meters inside and includes a 100 square Meters balcony to enjoy the lovely greek weather. It offers all domestic electrical devices for free. Very soudproof from city noises. Airport transfer can be offered.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor.. There is one main bedroom with comfy double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the amenities and cookware.
