The flat accommodates up to three guests and features one spacious bedroom with a double bed, along with a double sofa bed in the living area. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath. Situated on the first floor, the apartment also benefits from a private balcony and a dedicated dining bar area.

Inside, the home opens into a light filled open plan living space where clean lines and warm wood accents create a welcoming, contemporary feel. The lounge is arranged for comfort, with large glass doors that allow natural light to pour in and lead directly onto the balcony, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink. The apartment is located in Bow, one of East London’s most vibrant and characterful neighbourhoods, perfectly positioned between Old Ford, Bromley by Bow and Mile End. This part of the capital blends historic East End charm with a thriving creative and foodie scene. Nearby Roman Road Market is a local institution, offering independent shops, street food and a true sense of community. Victoria Park, often considered one of London’s best green spaces, is within easy reach and ideal for weekend strolls, outdoor swimming at the lido, or coffee by the lake. Along the canals towards Hackney Wick you will find trendy bars, breweries and waterside cafés, while Mile End Park offers wide open spaces and leisure facilities.

Food lovers are spoilt for choice in the surrounding area. We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
