Ash Barn consists of an open‑plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms include a king-size and a family room with a double and single bed. The bathroom offers a bath with shower over, basin and WC, and there is a separate shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. The property has gas central heating. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved medium-size dogs, over 12 months old welcome with a supplement of 30 GBP per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.8 miles. Stay at Ash Barn for your next break in Cornwall. Note: Access to all areas of the house except the Welsh dresser in the kitchen area. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course.
