The property is a 3-bedroomed bungalow - ideal for a family or 2 couples. It comprises a large kitchen/diner, large lounge, two standard double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is a shower room & separate WC. Large garden with patio and play area for children. Off street parking for 2 vehicles and pet friendly (maximum of 2 please). It is about 5 minutes walk from the village with its harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs. The beach is about a further 10 minutes walk. There is full fibre broadband.

This is a family holiday home.

Why they chose this property

This property belonged to our grandparents. They loved living in Cornwall with its mild weather and relaxed way of life.

We have many happy memories of family holidays here for the last 30 years so we have extended and refurbished the property.

Now it is complete family and friends will be visiting regularly, but for the remaining weeks we thought we should give others the opportunity to experience the area.

What makes this property unique

Having a base in such a beautiful location is fabulous and we think the property is perfect for an affordable family holiday.
