The apartment is located in the vibrant coastal town of Whitley Bay, a popular seaside destination just north of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Guests can enjoy easy access to Whitley Bay Beach and the seafront promenade, perfect for coastal walks, sea views, and relaxing cafés. The area is also home to Spanish City, a beautifully restored seaside landmark with restaurants and bars under its famous white dome.

Nearby Tynemouth offers boutique shops, independent restaurants, and a popular weekend market. Newcastle city centre is also within easy reach for shopping, nightlife, and cultural attractions.

The neighbourhood offers the perfect balance of relaxed seaside living with convenient access to the city.


Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
