The unit is spacious for four people but I wouldn't attempt to stay there with six (as advertised) as it would be very cramped. You also need to pay for additional beds beyond the king bed and pullout sofa (not advertised). The second bathroom has no counter space or shelving to unpack any toiletries.
The kitchen is very poorly equipped, although housekeeping delivered us one pot and one pan. Other than some plates, cereal bowls, 4 piece cutlery set, and a few glasses and two mugs, there was nothing.
The view is the best part of the experience as the 36th floor provides great south facing views of the ocean, downtown Miami, and the sunset. The 36th floor during peak holiday periods presents a challenge as you will make a minimum of 10 stops per trip.
The unit was quite tired and dirty. The mattress on the pull out sofa is nothing short of disgusting with horrible stains and the springs are sticking out. The hotel brought us a foam topper to make it manageable.
The unit owner was usually responsive via text, but at times slow. The hotel owner concierge services is helpful and provides a good on-site option to compliment the owner. The hotel housekeeping was responsive and helpful.
