Villa in Mojácar Playa with a stunning beachfront location and direct private access to the beach.

Casa Rey is a construction from the 1980s, built in the traditional style of the area. It is all on one level, with no steps either at the entrance or inside.

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob), connected to a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, Smart TV with DVD, and ceiling fan. It also includes a pantry, garage/storage room, high-speed internet connection, and WiFi. The private entrance to the property offers a large parking area for several vehicles. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto a large 60 m² terrace with an outdoor shower and direct access to the beach.

The main highlight of this villa is its exceptional seafront location and orientation, where the sea becomes the true focal point of Casa Rey. Its outstanding setting offers guests a unique and exclusive stay — a true luxury for those who know how to appreciate and enjoy it.

The villa is very well located in one of the best areas of Mojácar Playa, El Palmeral, with all amenities nearby. Less than one kilometer away you’ll find a health center, pharmacy, several supermarkets, tourist information office, Catholic church, hairdresser, workshop, various restaurants, beach bars, and hotels. Within 15 km, you can enjoy three 18-hole golf courses.

The picturesque town of Mojácar, recognized as one of the most beautiful in Spain, is just 4 km from Casa Rey. In the surrounding area, in addition to the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, there is a wide variety of tourist destinations worth exploring.

Mojácar enjoys 3,200 hours of sunshine per year, with average maximum temperatures of 17°C in winter and 30°C in August, and sea temperatures ranging from 15°C in January to 25°C in August. This makes Mojácar an ideal destination both for escaping the cold European winter and for enjoying warm, sunny summer holidays.
