Beautiful location

The duplex was in the most perfect complex set in beautiful gardens. A few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Sadly the duplex was let down by the tired, interior decoration downstairs. The bathroom towels need replacing urgently. There were no comfortable outside chairs and no cushions for the sun beds. We stayed for a month and it lacked the comforts of home. Would love to go back when improvements have been done.

Mixed views on this property. Great location central between both areas of Mojácar. Nice complex with great pool. Good sized property. However we did have problems with plumbing and never did end up with hot water in kitchen even after a plumber came. The property was not clean as it should be so we felt we needed to clean it on arrival including washing anything we got out of the cupboards before we used them. My biggest issue was there is a downstairs that has been used with access to a garage but couldn’t be locked from our side of property, this made me feel unsafe that whoever had the key to the lock could have entered from the downstairs. I ended up putting a cupboard in front of the door so if anyone entered we would hopefully hear them. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again due to this. The roof terrace had amazing sea views but because it was so dirty and had disused sky dish and old water heater etc was not fit for purpose . We stayed for 5 weeks so didn’t feel we had value for money .

We are very sorry that your stay wasn't as comfortable as it could have been for you. Regarding the hot water, we stayed all summer and the kitchen has had hot water from the very beginning. I don't know if perhaps you didn't know how to activate the device correctly. On the other hand, the garage entrance is blocked from inside the house because we leave our summer belongings there, and it can only be accessed from inside the house. We will inform the person in charge so they can explain this to guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel completely at ease about this access point. Furthermore, we appreciate your feedback about the solarium and will proceed to remove the antennas and the heater that we currently have on the roof so that you can enjoy this wonderful area. No es lo que parece...

Los ventiladores son muy viejos, en algunos las luces están rotas y hacen mucho ruido. El grifo de la cocina pierde mucha agua y por las mañanas aparecía la encimera con un charco. Las zonas exteriores(patio, azotea y terrazas) muy sucias y descuidadas, tuvimos que limpiar mesas, sillas, suelos para poder utilizarlos a pesar de que ya te cobran un suplemento de 70€ por la limpieza. Es una pena, porque el dúplex está muy bien situado y la urbanización es muy tranquila pero deberían tenerlo más cuidado y limpio, y no cobrar por un servicio de limpieza muy deficiente.

35 Pueblo diana

Property situated in a beautiful tropical setting, totally hidden from the road. Mountains form a backdrop and the sea on the other. The property itself was ok although needs decorating and lounge furniture a little tired. Beds very comfortable.

Vacaciones de lujo en Mojacar!

Es una casa muy acogedora.El sofá y las camas comodisimas como si estuvieras en casa.La cocina completamente equipada,los utensilios son nuevos.Hay dos baños,uno con ducha y otro con bañera,para poder elegir. Tiene terraza con barbacoa,desde donde se ve la piscina,ideal para niños. Repetiré la experiencia seguro!!

Maravilloso

La casa es preciosa, habitaciones amplias y luminosas, como todo lujo de detalles, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, algo muy importante por la zona en la q esta, q no tienen todos y q se agradece muchisimo. Solarium con unas vistas al mar espectaculares, ademas esta a pie de playa y tambien tiene una piscina con zonas verdes preciosa y muy trankila. Recomendable 100%
