The mobile home had everything needed for our stay. It was clean and reasonably priced. The location was great. Only negatives about the home is its a nightmare to find and the map we had didn't help very much. Also the bedding didn't look like it had been changed in both the master and twin single bedrooms. The sofa bed mattress is dreadfull. It could do with an upgrade along with the duvet which we eventually found under one of the single beds.

We’re really pleased to hear you found the caravan clean, well equipped, reasonably priced and in a great location. We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty locating the caravan. We appreciate the feedback regarding the map and will look at improving the directions we send to guests to make arrivals much easier. Regarding the bedding, all bedding is fully changed between every guest stay and our team completes video checks after each clean for quality control purposes. However, we do take comments like this seriously and will be speaking with our cleaning team again to ensure everything is presented exactly as it should be. Thank you also for the feedback about the sofa bed mattress and duvet storage. We will pass this on to the owner for review and improvement.
