Chalet on the edge of the regional park of Queyras, Guillestre with all amenities, very well equipped for holidays with one or two families or for a group of friends. It is a paradise for lovers of outdoor activities such as skiing in the resort, climbing, hiking, biking, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, paragliding, fishing, swimming in the lakes. ... In winter you are 15km from the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul which has 185km of ski slopes.

Large living space with pleasant garden with views to the mountains

The house was slightly too far from the town - it was a pain to walk back (uphill) in the heat. The supermarket and nearby bakery were great. The restaurants less so. Recommend walking in the Ceillac valley, and the Val d'Escreins (Refuge de Basse Rua). Also an easy walk to the Sugar Loaf hill opposite.

Gîte très agréable avec une vue superbe depuis le jardin sans aucun vis à vis. Bien équipé et spacieux. Les SDB sont un peu vieillottes mais fonctionnelles. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

La maison est agréable et bien située, la vue depuis le jardin est très appréciable. Cependant la maison n’était vraiment pas propre à notre arrivée et les équipements de la cuisine sont vétustes.

Un séjour en famille

Location très bien située dans un petit hameau très calme au dessus de Guillestre, proche des commodités accessibles à pied. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Petit bémol pour la gestion des poubelles où une carte est nécessaire,or nous ne l'avions pas. Nous avons pu faire des randonnées superbes et la descente de la Durance sur 17km en rafting. Des souvenirs inoubliables pour toute la famille qui n'avait pas séjourné à Guillestre depuis 20 ans ! Vacances idéales pour se ressourcer.

Une maison très agréable et très bien située

La maison est très bien équipée, elle est proche du centre de Guillestre où l'on peut se rendre à pied et la personne qui s'occupe sur place de l'hébergement est disponible et très sympathique : un choix à recommander !

Un séjour très agréable, la maison est spacieuse (nous étions 5 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé). Tous le nécessaire pour la cuisine et des jeux pour les enfants. Emplacement très bien pour le ski et balades dans les environs. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et le gérant.

A refaire sans hésiter

Maison idéale pour se retrouver à 2 familles avec des enfants. Les 2 salles de bains et 3 wc sont très appréciables. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage avant depart. 2 véhicules peuvent se garer dans l’allée contre la maison. On est à moins de 25 minutes de la station de ski de Vars, et 40 minutes de Briancon si on veut visiter. C’est très calme. Sont aussi sur place un sèche cheveux et 2 appareils à raclette. Je le dis car ce n’était pas précisé. Tres bon contact avec la propriétaire et avec le monsieur qui vient pour les clés et qui peut être dispo s’il y a un souci. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très agréable séjour à guillestre

Maison idéalement située pour bien rayonner dans la région. Très agréable jardin avec une vue magnifique. Le propriétaire est réactif. Le seul bémol l'équipement de la maison est un peu vieillot et la propreté moyenne mais je recommande pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. C'est très spacieux

Location conforme à l'annonce, maison bien équipée mais on voit que ça fait des années qu'il n'y a pas eu de nettoyage de printemps (en profondeur). Jardin très agréable sous le saule au calme mais avec les fenêtres ouvertes à cause de la canicule, on entend quand même le trafic de la route départementale.

Séjour club randonnée

Chalet confortable disposant d'un jardin agréable avec une vue superbe. Amélioration possible avec l'implantation d'une douche au rez-de-chaussée. Il manque une photo de la chambre avec 4 lits dont 2 superposés. Très bons contacts avec propriétaire et gestionnaire mais trop tardifs.
