Surrounded by an enclosed garden, large open living room with fireplace and magnificent view of the mountain and the lake, from which you can enjoy the balcony, adjoining the balcony, a small terrace is equipped with a table and a few garden chairs. The chalet is built on a slope, the basement opens onto a large stone terrace on which there is a large teak table and many garden chairs, the table is sheltered in summer by a blind. Each bedroom is equipped with cupboards. Personalized kitchen, equipped with all the necessary household appliances. Well supplied in dishes. A piano is also available in the living room. Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, hallway distributing 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, separate toilet, a storage room overlooking the landing to dry the laundry. Toys are available for children. Several cubic meters of wood are stored on the ground floor on the garden side under the terrace.
