Luminoso y elegante con grandes vistas y muy acogedor, para que te sientas como en tu propia casa, de 2 habitaciones, 1 baño, salón-comedor, cocina, solana con terraza y amplia terraza exterior con comedor y sofás con zona de estar con vistas al mar y al faro en la bahía del Poris de Abona, en un pequeño y tranquilo pueblo de pescadores para la relajación y disfrute de la naturaleza.
En este apartamento se puede disfrutar de la tranquilidad y relax de una zona tranquila e ideal para la lectura, lugar ideal para estar sentado o acostado en la terraza viendo las estrellas en la noche.
Disfrutar de la convivencia con tu pareja y/o familia y de cada momento de las vacaciones en la amplia terraza con vistas al mar.
El residencial dispone de una piscina comunitaria para adultos de 70 m² y otro solarium con piscina infantil para su uso por los inquilinos dentro del residencial.

Well located apartment to reach destinations in the north and south of Tenerife with a wonderful sea view. Poris is a small and quiet village and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and we couldn't say anything negative about the apartment. Ciro welcomed us and made sure we have everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Ciro met us when we arrived with the keys. He showed us round the apartment which had everything we needed. Comfy beds, good WiFi, well equipped kitchen, and a lovely large sun terrace to sit and eat out on. Would definitely come back again. Poris is very quiet so if you are after a busier locality this probably isn't for you. If you have a car and just want to relax, however, it's great.

Very good but a little dated

Overall very good, the terrace is fantastic, however there are signs of wear and tear and we felt it was time for a bit of a refurbishment to the furniture and we felt the bedding was not sufficient for our needs.

Lovely peaceful sunny apartment

We enjoyed a lovely week in Antonio’s apartment. It was spacious and the best part was the patio which had sun and shade all day so relaxing to be in. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen facilities and very nicely decorated. We loved the town which had a lovely swimming area and the apartment has a huge pool and area for sitting in. It was our 1st trip to Tenerife but we really enjoyed it. Bus stops about 5 mins walk to explore the rest of island. Would love to return again.

Holiday in paradise

On a arrival we were greated by the owner. Very informative and helpful the apartment was spotless and welcoming. Very well equipped, with sea views that were unbelievable. This well presented apartment is situated in a quiet and picturesque fishing village, with beautiful walks and fishing from the harbour. Amenities are well placed with 2 supermarkets, pharmacy and bars. Ciris was an excellent host nothing to much trouble which made our stay even more memorable. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted the perfect place to stay Thank you Ciris for giving us the perfect holiday Jenny and Mike

outstanding appartment

We arrived at pickup point and met Ciro, who showed us around his beautiful apartment and gave us all the relevant information about the apartment and the area. We were staying for ten days but wish it had have been longer. the area is very quiet which we loved a few restaurant's and bars but enough for us. We mainly cooked in the apartment so used local supermarkets which were well stocked, the apartment had all the utensils needed for us to cook. The Patio area was magnificent whith a lovely view over the sea and we spent most of our time there. Ciro was the perfect host and would have been available had we needed him, a real gentleman. Will definatelly be back cant wait. Thanks again Ciro for a really relaxing holiday

The perfect place to get away from it all...

I have spent seven weeks at this place and loved it. The communication with Senor Antonio before and during my stay was great. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher. Lots of crockery, utensils, electrical appliances... Huge sun terrace with furniture, sunbeds, umbrella and a great view towards the sea and lighthouse. Due to the position of the terrace there is hardly any wind which is blowing nearly all the time from the east. So it is a perfect spot for relaxing, reading, sleeping... The complex was very quiet during my stay. There are pools which look great, but very rarely used (by me anyway). I didn't have a car, but the busstop is nearby with a frequent service towards Costa Adeje or Santa Cruz. It is very easy and cheap to use ( even cheaper when you travel with a "tenmas " card). For shopping there are two supermarkets in Poris which are close to the apartment. I thoroughly recommend this apartment if you don't want to stay in the middle of all the action (then you have to go to Los Cristianos, Las Americas...).

Who knew about Poris de Abona

The property was great and Ciro was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. You wouldn't really think it would be quiet with the TF1 so close, but it was. The large Terrace was a great place to relax and the location had a great real sandy beach a short walk or drive away, on the road to visit the Lighthouse. Local Tapas was superb and the watching the local fishermen/boys/girls was so relaxing. We wanted a local feel and we got it. It's a great spot for travelling easily West or East if you wanted to visit the North of the island as well. One thing some folks may want to know, is that to go down to the town from the top where the flat was, is 133 steps. Use the level you are at though, to make it about 100. We like walking and it keep the weight targets at the right level, despite a few holiday over-indulgences. :) The Pools on the roof were really quiet but a bit chilly this time of year. Going in the sea was warmer. If anyone saw a Hot Tub description on any site for the premises, then there isn't one. Would highly recommend this place if you want a bit of peace near the sea, and a spot away from all the tourism that goes on. Thanks Ciro

More than wonderful

We hoped to find a nice place but we found more than this!! The apartment is situated near to the beach, the pools are perfect for children. There is anything you need, Even several coffee machines, herbs for cooking etc. The supermarkets and little Cafés are only five minutes to walk. There is really nothing we missed. If we visit Poris again, this apartment will be our First Choice. Thank you Ciro!!

Sehr schönes und sonniges Apartment

Das Wohnung im EG eines zweigeschossigen, sehr gepflegten Apartmentkomplexes liegt am Hang oberhalb des Dorfes Poris de Abona. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber. Durch die liebevolle Dekoration ist es ganz gemütlich. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, auch auf der großen Terrasse. Anders als ein früherer Bewerteter fanden wir den Kühlschrank (eine riesige Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination) nicht zu laut - er muht allerdings leise, so dass wir die schöne Vorstellung hatten, dass einige Miniatur-Kühe im Gemüsefach leben. Eine neuwertige Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden ebenso Bügeleisen. Die Wohnung hat nach hinten raus einen kleinen Innenhof, wo man den Wäscheständer aufstellen kann und der als Lichtschacht für das hintere Kinderzimmer dient. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, bzw. seinem Schwager, war problemlos und freundlich (auf englisch). Nachdem die Kaffeemaschine beim ersten Einschalten den Geist aufgegeben hatte, brachte die Putzfrau eine neue am nächsten Tag; ebenso einen zweiten Bezug für eine der kleineren Bettdecken. Wer separate Decken mag, sollte das vielleicht vorher anmelden. Von der Terrasse blickt man (im Stehen) über einen weiteren Wohnungskomplex nach links aufs Meer und geradezu über das Dorf mit dem zentralen älteren Ferien-Bunker, den man sich nicht schöntrinken kann. Lümmelt man auf dem riesigen und windgeschützten (großer Pluspunkt!) Außen-Sofa sieht man den Himmel und die Windräder am Hang hinter der Autobahn. Letztere ist leider nah an der Wohnung (ca. 200 m), so dass man selbst bei günstigem Wind vom Meer her (und der wehte bei uns zumseit sehr kräftig) immer das Rauschen der PKWs hört. An windstillen Tagen oder umgekehrter Windrichtung war es uns zu laut um draußen zu sitzen oder mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Daher auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen, obwohl die Wohnung selbst 5 Sterne verdient hat. Von Poris aus kann man (auch Dank der Autobahnanbindung) alle Orte gut erreichen und der Sundowner mit Tapas und Bier im Café als Mar ist prima. Wirklich gut Essen gehen muss man aber woanders. Ein Supermarkt mit frischem Brot ist in 150 m Entfernung einfach die Straße runter. Im Poris machen überwiegend ältere deutsche Touristen und einige andere Europäer Ferien, die keinerlei Fez veranstalten, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Das Wetter im Dezember war um die 20-23° und meist leicht bewölkt bis sonnig. Wir hatten 9 erholsame Tage weit weg vom deutschen Winter.

Superbe appartement spacieux , très bien équipé, très confortable avec une très grande terrasse avec une superbe vue sur El Poris, une propreté irréprochable, nous avons passé de superbes vacances au calme dans cet appartement pendant 15 jours, à recommander sans hésiter, convient très bien aux familles avec enfants, une voiture est conseillée pour les grands magasins car très peu de commerces vers le port, baignade de la cale à 200 m pour pouvoir faire de la plongée et admirer les magnifiques poissons qui viennent presque nous toucher avec une mer très claire, merci encore pour ce séjour nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We - my wife and me - felt very well in this apartment!

We have been there from end of january until beginning of march in 2016. This apartment is situated over from the little village El Poris. From the pritty terrace you have a wonderfull look at the village to the atlantic coast nearby. By car you can reach very quick destinations via the motorway not far from the apartment, what is furnished really good. We appreciated to have very quick WLAN.

Das ist eine super schöne Ferienwohnung mit riesiger Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer. Es ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen und die Küche vollständig ausgerüstet. Volle Punktzahl, ein Örtchen mit wenig Tourismus und klasse Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder hinfahren!

Perfekt

Ein geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattetes Apartment! Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit unserem 4 jährigen Sohn dort und fühlten uns sehr wohl, es war windig, aber auf der windgeschützten Terrasse konnte man die Sonne herrlich genießen. Pool und restliche Anlage sehr sauber. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, kleine Strandpromenade gemütlich und entspannt, weg vom Massentourismus. El Poris liegt geschickt, um mit dem Auto (das benötigt man) alles Sehenswerte zu besuchen. Vermieter sehr freundlich! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!!

Wunderbar!

Wir verbrachten über Weihnachten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Poris. Das Appartement ist wunderschön. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche verfügt über alles was man so braucht. Das highlight ist jedoch die große, windgeschützte Terrasse, die vollständig möbliert ist, mit Blick zum Meer. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln und sich von der Sonne verwöhnen lassen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und erteilt gerne guteTipps, z.B. für gute Fischrestaurants. Das Appartement ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben wunderschöne 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Besonders ist die Terasse hervorzuheben. Es war im Januar doch oft ein Nordost Wind , wo man auf der Terasse kaum was davon spührt.das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Abseits vom Massentourismus

Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Wir haben die Terrasse sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Zum Baden im Meer ist man in drei Minuten. Gute Joggingstrecken Richtung Abades. Sehr gute Internet Verbindung. Workation (online Arbeiten) ist kein Problem. Je nach Wind hört man die Autobahn. Kann nachts bei offenem Fenster störend sein.

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, die über einen wunderschönen, grossen Swimmingpool verfügt. Das Apartment ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Dazu gehört eine große Terasse mit Loungemöbeln und einem grossen Esstisch, an dem es sich auch bei Wind gut sitzen lässt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, grosser Kühlschrank, Ceranfeld, Backofen und Spül-/Waschmaschine.Supermarkt und Restaurant sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Wohnung !!!

Wir wurden herzlich vom Ciro empfangen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bequeme Betten, super eingerichtete Küche und eine wunderschöne große Terassse mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer.Das Highlight ist natürlich die Poolanlage. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Ciro für die gute Kommunikation und kommen gerne wieder.

Me gusta disfrutar de la naturaleza y del mar, espacios tranquilos de la isla de Tenerife y del pueblo de pescadores del Poris de Abona, tranquilo, auténtico, relajante, autóctono y al lado del mar.
La natación se puede practicar habitualmente en el Poris al tener una bahía que permite estar arropado del Océano Atlántico.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

El Poris se encuentra muy bien situado en un punto estratégico en la isla de Tenerife, tanto para conocer el Norte como el Sur de la isla, así como para subir a las Cañadas del Teide.
La propiedad está situada en un residencial del Poris de Abona con piscina comunitaria para mayores y otra para niños, bonito solarium ajardinado y un apartamento donde la tranquilidad y buenas vistas desde su amplia terraza, te hacen disfrutar de la bahia del Poris de Abona con su bonito faro que alumbra las espléndidas noches.
La situación de las playas, cercanas y poco concurridas, espacios para pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza, hacen que el apartamento sea un lugar apropiado para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes.

La situación estratégica del apartamento en la isla de Tenerife hace que sea un punto de partida de fácil comunicación para poder conocer la isla tanto para desplazarse hacia la parte Sur como hacia el Norte de la isla y acercarte a todas las lugares de interés en un corto espacio de tiempo, .
La gran terraza del apartamento y el nivel en el que se encuentra dentro del residencial, hace del apartamento un lugar especial para disfrutarlo en soledad.
