The Space:
Orka Oostende is located in the vibrant city center, which you will immediately notice as everything is within walking distance. At the same time, it is situated in a quiet, traffic-free street, ensuring a pleasant stay. An extra bonus: a private garage box is included, which is a real luxury in the city center. Upon arrival, you can park conveniently in the underground garage (Height: 1.90 m / Width: 2.50 m / Depth: 5.30 m) right across from the residence. In addition, there is a secured bicycle storage on the ground floor.
On the fourth floor, you enter a particularly spacious and colorfully decorated duplex apartment. The open living area is arranged with a cozy lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the large sliding window, the space is filled with natural light and offers direct access to the balcony with outdoor furniture, where you have a side view of the fishing quay.
Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed; ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. The bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet is also located on this floor. For extra comfort, there is an additional separate guest toilet downstairs.
