Beautiful, sunny 135m² apartment just a few meters from the sea and close to the shopping center. Its 4 beautiful bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. The garage is included in the price and can accommodate 1 car inside with bicycles and 1 car outside.
Small dogs or cats allowed on request.
The duplex apartment is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house with a private entrance. It comprises an entrance hall with cloakroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and shower, double bedroom with balcony, a large south- and west-facing living and dining room with a small sea view, and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with balcony.
Upstairs, there is 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses).
The beach is a 2-minute walk away and the center is a 7-minute walk away. There is a playground nearby.
Non-smoking apartment. Given the peaceful nature of this house and neighborhood, rentals are not available to groups under the age of 25.

Perfect stay at the seaside

From start to finish, we enjoyed the perfect stay at the seaside. The host is friendly, helpful and always available. The apartment incredibly clean, welcoming and cozy with A+++ amenities. Very luminous, very spacious and at just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Parking amenities and calm neighbourhood are a big plus.

Deuxième séjour très agréable en famille dans cet appartement très bien équipé, proche de la plage et du centre de Coxyde. Emplacement idéal.Petit souci à régler: une alarme incendie récalcitrante qui a réveillé tout le monde à deux reprises et fait peur aux enfants. :-)

Wohnung groß und geräumig, großer Esstisch und genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden.Bettwäsche mit Übergröße (2,20x2,20) hat nicht jeder, daher haben wir unsere eigenen Bettdecken mitgebracht.Wohnung nicht für Menschen mit Behinderungen geeignet (steile Treppen)Und bei 8 Personen wäre eine 2. Toilette hilfreich Küche hell und voll ausgestattet.2 Parkplätze vorhanden, wobei Absprache mit anderen Bewohnern nötig.Strandnah, Bäckerei an der Uferpromenade in 200 Meter Entfernung.

Die Lage ist super, genauso Sauberkeit und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Auch das Parken zweier PKW klappte gut in Absprache mit dem Nachbarn. Nur die Bettenaufteilung entsprach nicht ganz den Bildern. Großen Dank an die Vermieterin für das Nachsenden der vergessenen Medikamente!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Treppe zur Wohnung hoch ist sehr steil. Nichts für Kleinkinder oder ältere Leute. Die Informationen der Gastgeberin waren sehr hilfreich, denn was das Parken und die Müllentsorgung angeht, ist die Gegend speziell. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und hat einen Rettungsschwimmer.Zu empfehlen ist eine Fahrt mit der Küstentram.

Spitze für Familien

Wir haben gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Familie Urlaub in Koksijde gemacht. Uns hat es wunderbar gefallen. Die Gastgeberin hat sich super um uns gekümmert und uns mit Informationen versorgt und ist proaktiv auf mich zugekommen. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Für uns war das super. Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Strand. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit unseren Freunden empfehlen und wiederkommen.

Gern ein weiteres Mal bei Aurélie

Schon vorab haben wir Informationen zum Check-in und Checkout erhalten. Rückfragen hatten wir keine, da alles super beschrieben war. Bei der Ankunft haben wir eine sehr saubere, helle und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Nachbarn waren alle nett und der Weg zum Meer ein Katzensprung. Auch in der Nähe könnten wir viele Ausflüge machen. Einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder... Neutral zu bewerten: die Bettwäsche hat sehr große Maße, für die wir noch neue Bettwäsche kaufen mussten. Da wären wahrscheinlich einzelne Bettdecken besser. Auh die

Excellent séjour dans un appartement moderne, quasi neuf et très fonctionnel. Facilité de parking. De l'espace pour une grande famille. Seul PETIT bémol: un WC pour 7 ou 8 personnes, dont des enfants, c'est un peu juste... :-)
