Great Condo - Close to so much!

We really enjoyed our time at our Watercolor condo! It was extremely close to the beach club and the shopping and restaurants.

This property location was amazing! You are right behind the shops and coffee shops in watercolor and steps from the watercolor resort. Could not have asked for a better location. Condo was very clean and balcony was even updated from the pictures on the listing. The only thing that was a set back during our stay was the AC. We followed instructions and did not lower the AC below 68. However, we left for dinner and left the AC set at 70 and came back to the AC reading 80 in the condo. The upstairs room gets very hot due to this. They did have a little fan which helped our friends staying up there but I would bring an extra fan just incase

Perfect location, lovely porch and dream condo!

Steps from the beach and watercolor shops! The porch is roomy and a great place for coffee in the morning. The bikes were easy and fun. The condo was decorated perfectly. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet and maintenance responded right away. quiet 3rd floor and convenient elevator. Highly Recommend!

Outstanding location, nicely appointed. Loud renters next door till 4 AM most nights was problematic. Surprised security did not intervened.

The refrigerator alarm stayed on the whole time. We could not turn it off. It was hard to even sleep in the house because of the alarm.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WHEN BOOKING

There was a hurricane 2 weeks ago and the governor declared a state of emergency. The company was unwilling to work with us on our reservation and kept all of the money that we paid for the weekly rental. Communication with them was VERY poor.

Beautiful house and neighborhood!

This was our second stay in the Watercolor neighborhood, and the second time we were upgraded from a small condo to a huge house because the original property was unavailable. The house was enormous, very new, well-appointed and nicely decorated, and in a prime location. The amenities were great as well, except that sometimes parts of them were unavailable due to cleaning and preparation for the upcoming high season, which was a bit disappointing but understandable. The only other complaint we had was that the complimentary bicycles that were provided by the management company left a lot to be desired in quality and maintenance. Otherwise, though, a fabulous vacation and we were impressed with the responsiveness of the management company (360Blue). We will be back! Thank you.

We'll be back!

Our family of four adored this VRBO! It is SO close to the beach and pool; you can't get a better location than this. The Beach Club is luxury with food you can order there. The beach is just beautiful and so easy to get to from the house. Maybe a 4 minute walk. The house was clean and quiet. One downside, the loft area is impossible to keep cool without freezing out the main bedroom on the main level, but that's just the way it works with a loft. Luckily, it was our young kids sleeping up there and they didn't seem to notice the heat. I would say if you plan to have adults sleep in the loft, they're likely going to be very hot. The hosts did have an extra fan up there with was appreciated and helped circulate the air. The provided bike were wonderful to have and we rented tagalongs for each bike; didn't even rent a car! The bikes could use some maintenance but they got the job done. Overall we loved our stay here and we will definitely be back!

Loved this condo. Close to everything. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Loved the watercolor resort. Wish it was a bit closer to the beach but would definitely stay here again. Beautifully furnished and beds were comfortable

Poor maintenance and inadequate cleaning

The TUB was NOT CLEAN. Jacuzzi tub water intake had significant, visible MOLD on and in it. The shower curtain also had mold on it. They obviously missed the bathroom with the extra cleaning they are supposed to be doing. Dishwasher top rack was broken - kept coming off the rails Upstairs was hot - AC didn’t cool it at night Circulating fan upstairs was poor and loud Bike had flat tire Doors needed paint badly

March 2020 Stay

We loved our stay in tour condo! It was the perfect location to the beach club/beach facilities and a short walk to Seaside!! We had to cut our vacation short due to Coronavirus outbreak but we hope to come back very soon!! The Watercolor/ Seaside area has been a favorite vacation spot for Fall and Spring breaks for years and I can’t wait to come back down soon!! Thank you for a wonderful few days!!!

March 2020 Stay

We loved Idlehour in Watercolor! We've stayed multiple times in this unit and have enjoyed every minute! Perfect location, easy walk to Seaside shops and airstream food trucks! The beach is a short walk from the front door! Our first night we requested extra blankets from 360, and those were promptly delivered! Great service! We also left our bags of recyclables in the unit at checkout because we didn't know where to drop them. 360 told us they would make sure they were delivered to the recycling facility. We will definitely be back to stay in Idlehour!

We had a great week. The location was perfect for what we were looking to do. It is very close to the Watercolor Resort Pool and beach access (Wife's #1 priority) and a short bike ride to downtown Seaside (Daughter's # priority). It was also very close to the Watercolor Boathouse and Shopping. There were several minor items (Dining room chair broke when I sat on it, toaster didn't work, tv remote didn't work) but minutes after I brought it to their attention I got a knock on the door and it was fixed. We will certainly consider staying at this unit again next year.
