You’ll be staying high up on the 5th floor without an elevator—a charming challenge with great rewards. From here, it’s quiet, bright, and offers a beautiful view of the city’s rooftops. From April to September, you can watch Tivoli’s fireworks every Saturday at 11 p.m. from the balcony.



The 100 m² is divided into three bedrooms and a bright living room connected to the dining area and kitchen. The walls are covered with prints, paintings, and photographs, primarily by Danish artists. The furniture is by Danish designers such as Arne Jacobsen and HAY—a home filled with Nordic design.



The courtyard offers plenty of green spaces and playgrounds. The apartment is perfect for 2–6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and all the essentials. There is a TV with Apple TV, international channels, Netflix, and wireless broadband.



You’ll be in the heart of a quiet neighborhood surrounded by city life, bars, restaurants, and shopping—and within walking distance of downtown. Assistens Cemetery and the Lakes are nearby. Try Vinhanen around the corner for Le petit menu, visit the wine bar Pompette, or head up to the top of ARC for a fantastic view.
