In this listed coach house, you can experience a unique blend of historical charm and modern comfort. The clay walls, painted with homemade egg tempera, and the wide floorboards tell stories from times gone by.



The low ceiling and antique furnishings create an intimate atmosphere, with the wood-burning stove forming the heart of the kitchen. For your convenience, a modern bathroom with underfloor heating has been discreetly integrated, and the nearby bakery cottage offers modern amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave.



Outside, an inviting garden with furniture and a barbecue awaits, perfect for summer evenings. Between 12 noon and 4 p.m., you also have access to the family pool, an extra luxury on warm days.



From the cottage, you can easily explore the Lövön nature reserve or take a bike ride to the lake for swimming and fishing. Eskilstuna city center with shopping and a zoo is only 10 minutes away, and Stockholm can be reached by train in 55 minutes. If you wish to bring your own horse, there is a suitable paddock on the farm!
