You will have a completely renovated summer house from 2025 on a large plot with plenty of space to enjoy yourself. The house is modern and well-equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms, two new TVs with soundbars, a PlayStation, and all the equipment you need for cooking.



Inside, you will find modern facilities and well-thought-out details that will make your stay comfortable all year round. The underfloor heating ensures comfort in all rooms, while the new TVs and soundbars create the perfect setting for relaxing evenings.



The garden offers several seating areas: a terrace for morning yoga in the early sun, a shelter with a fire pit for snobrød and pancakes, and an outdoor pizza oven for authentic pizza evenings. The patio heaters and table tennis make the garden a natural gathering place.



The beach is less than 300 meters away with private access via the area's beach stairs. Helenekilde beach hotel with outdoor café and waterfront views is a few minutes' walk away. Tisvildeleje town and Tisvilde Hegn are both close by with restaurants, cafés, and hiking trails.
