We had a wonderful time, the apartment was well situated close to the beach and big enough for 6 people. The main bathroom and kitchen needs to be remodeled, they are old and doesn’t complement the rest of the apartment. Also the outdoor furniture need to be replaced the chair pillows.

We stayed at Palm Bay Club with our family for a spring break trip along with other students from our child's high school. The resort was very pleasant - amazing beach access and great pools and pickleball. The condo had everything we needed to comfortably fit our family of 6 for the week. Although we did not use it, the closets were stocked with beach equipment like an umbrella, etc. The resort provides free beach loungers and chairs on a first-come first-serve basis, as well as beach towels. These amenities were much appreciated since we flew to Sarasota rather than driving.

Stay in Siesta Key

Property was clean and as listed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only small issue was the door lock was a little fussy and some of those parking spots are a little tight!

Comfortable and pleasant

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. It was a well stocked condo with plenty of dishes, ice maker, towels, and even beach chairs to use, although we rented beach Cabanas while we were there.

As described. Beautiful beach.

Condo was described well. Everything we needed (except coffee filters and paper towels. I’d recommend bringing). Plenty of towels for our family of six. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Lots of amenities. Pool was warm and uncrowded. Loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice, we loved the beach, and the room was very clean, the only issue was the air conditioner doesn’t work well in the guest room, and it turn to be a little hot at night, but overall we enjoyed our stay

Nice unit and great property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall happy with the unit we stayed in but it is in need of some freshing up in terms of painting and a good cleaning of the tile floors. The kitchen was well equipped which is important for an extended stay like we did. Also could use some nicer blankets for the beds as it was a little cold in January.

Spring break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioning stopped working, we called maintenance and it was fixed a few hours later. It was spring break, so it was naturally a little loud, but that’s to be expected.

Great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had been about five years since we've been able to visit Siesta Key Beach and Palm Bay Club. The condo buildings had improvements done, and its great that the beach is raked and spotless every morning. A nice service that the chairs are delivered to your tent or spot; also that rentals are available for tents, umbrellas, and cabanas.
