My family and I couldn't get into the property initially, because there was no key in the lockbox. This resulted in us stranded in the street for 15-20 minutes in the blazing sun. The pool that's advertised was never filled. There are signs all over the place warning you that if you use the air conditioning you'll get an electricity surcharge. The television in the living room was broken when we arrived and never replaced.
