Nuestro departamento es su hogar en Cozumel.
Ubicado en el corazón de Cozumel, a solo una cuadra del ferry. Puede encontrar restaurantes, tiendas, bares, farmacias, bancos, autos de alquiler, tiendas de buceo y todo lo que pueda necesitar a la vuelta de la esquina.
El apartamento es acogedor y perfecto para dos personas. Cuenta con una cama queen size, baño privado, cocina equipada y una terraza. Tendrás wifi, televisión por satélite y Netflix para los días lluviosos o simplemente relajarte.
Después de un ajetreado día visitando la isla, puede relajarse en el jardín en las sillas y tomar una cerveza.
Puedes hacer una barbacoa en la parrilla o salir a caminar en por el malecón a solo una cuadra de distancia.
Definitivamente el mejor lugar para alojarse en Cozumel.

Best place to stay in Cozumel

Probably the best placed we've stayed so far in Cozumel. It's right in the Centro making those morning runs along the coast line awesome. Host was great and very hospitable! If you're looking for a place to be where Cozumel has to offer, be where the action is, but yet still get a good night's rest as it has good separation from the noise, this is the place!

Great little place in the heart of town

The apartment is clean, well stocked, comfortable, and incredibly well located. Just minutes from the ferries by foot, in the heart of the village with shops, restaurants, bike and car rentals right outside the door. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Heart of the Action

Stayed 7 nights. It's a calm little oasis that's private and secure. Everything is close. Food, shopping laundry service, banks and the ferry. You're literally a Five minute walk to the unit. The owner responded quickly whenever I messaged them about anything. I'd definitely stay here again and will refer friends. Just perfect.

Perfection

We had a very enjoyable stay! We loved the convenience of getting to the property from the ferry, which was very important as it started to rain on our way in. We had a very short walk to the property, clear instructions on how to get in and Sara was very responsive whenever we had questions. There is a QR code with an extensive list of recommendations which we used to refer to during our stay. We rented a scooter and we’re able to keep it right by the door to the apartment, which gave us peace of mind. We loved having coffee in the morning and seeing the beautiful Cozumel Emerald humming bird, looking at the banana trees, seeing the geckos and listening to the calls of the grackles. The apartment is well appointed and you should have everything you need. We never turned the tv on because we were out and about most of the time, but it was nice to have the option in case we needed to have some down time. The backyard was really wonderful. The music was fine for us - we live in a city and are used to some level of noise. This apartment was a perfect home base for us to come back to each evening after enjoying the beaches and exploring the island. We highly recommend this property!

Exactly what we wanted

The property was right in the main drag with all the shops just like we wanted! The entrance is a little hidden but the Hosts provided great directions on how to find it and get the keys. It was a little tricky from there as there were no room numbers or anything and apparently there is a top box for the room upstairs and the bottom box is for the room downstairs. I didn’t see this info so we were a little lost on arrival but the door to the upstairs was open and someone there working so they directed us to our room. We were delightfully surprised when we walked in as it was extremely spacious and much nicer than we expected for the price. The ACs were off so it was very hot but we turned them both on and dropped our luggage to go eat. It had cooled off by our return. The bedroom did not get as cool as the front room so we had to leave the door open and use the floor fan to blow air from the main area into the bedroom. It got cool enough to sleep comfortable. The few problems we found were reported to the host to address but there is no window covering in the bathroom so you are exposed with showering and there is a neighbor with a balcony that can see straight in. The room is in a locked area so no one else would see in. The fan at the front door was extremely loud so we couldn’t use that. The air conditioner in the main room started making a loud knocking noise and dripping but was still cooling and the Host is getting it looked at. The microwave did not work either.

The location was the best with our stay. So close to tons of live music and a short walk to the ferry! If you rent a car HTL is just around the corner as well! My only frustration was the water pressure in the shower. It was barely a trickle. But would definitely stay here again!

Hot Roach Farm

This was my second time staying at this property. I first stayed in October of 2021. At that time I let the property manager know that the AC was not working well and she said she would take care of it. I booked again under the impression that the AC issue was resolved. I was wrong. This time it was hotter. Also, this time there were roaches. Bold roaches. I sat at the table to eat and before I could finish my plate a roach was in it. I was disgusted. This was not a good stay.

Great location

A great little apartment, close to everything. You can hear music from a bar down the street, but it's quiet enough not to be an issue. Garden is a bonus. It's just a short, easy walk from the ferry terminal. Hope to return to it some day soon.

Location was good

Location was good, live music was playing at night at nearby bars. But it was great music and was quiet around 11pm. We used the bikes one day, the tire was flat, so we walked several blocks to fill it. The ladies staying above us said they filled the tire once already...so it was in need of repairs. We didn't have any hot water for the kitchen sink the whole time we were there. The person who was coming to look at it on Saturday...didn't come and when we came back Sunday, still nothing was fixed and we left Monday morning. That was definitely disappointing, although the owner did message and tell us to rent bikes and she would reimburse us. That was nice.

I'll be back, what a great place! Highlights -Incredible location, right in the middle of everything -Super responsive host -Beautiful courtyard, hidden away from everything around it -Cute, clean little apartment. I spent a week here and loved it Worth knowing -If you want to sleep before 11 (or midnight some nights) you'll want to bring earplugs. Surrounding bars have live bands pretty much every night. -Don't have high expectations for the bikes

Great Location

Sara del Carmen was a great host. All questions/concerns were answered immediately. Literally located within the Mercado central and walking distance to restaurants, excursions, Covid testing facility, and the ferry. Would stay again!

Schöne Unterkunft, aber Abends durch Bands vor der Tür sehr laut

Positiv: - unheimlich zuvorkommender & hilfsbereiter Gastgeber (antwortet sehr schnell und hat meist direkt eine Lösung und gute Tips parat) - gute Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft tolle Sonnenuntergänge zu besichtigen top Grill Areal - 1-2 gute Bars und Cafes um die Ecke Negativ: - unheimlich viele Händler vor der Tür die einem ihre Ware wortwörtlich aufschwatzen wollen und einem notfalls sogar nachlaufen, um etwas zu verkaufen - 2 Bands die mit Schlagzeugen und Verstärkern gleichzeitig spielen, so dass man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen bis 22/23 Uhr keine Ruhe in der Unterkunft findet (auch nicht mit Ohrstöpsel) - viele Kakalaken die einen Nachts in der Unterkunft besuchen - die meisten ausgezeichneten Strände sind schwer bis nicht erreichbar: umschlossen von Resorts, unzugänglich, steinig oder führen durch 80cm tiefe mit Wasser gefüllte Gräben - Google hilft bei Wegweisung leider kaum

Fabulous downtown location

Property is very clean & comfortable, and convenient to the square. You will hear noise from the square in the evenings (namely, bands if they’re playing). Will happily return to the property next time I’m in Cozumel!

This is my grandmother’s home. We’re my dad grew up. We builded the apartments to have an income to maintain and restore the old stone house.

It has the best location. Everything at hand, and the garden is very peacefull, the perfect place to spend the afternoon and relax after the beach.
