2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ground floor, 2 patios, 55” tv with cable and Netflix, Apple TV, 1000 movies, high speed fiber optic internet, fully furnished, computer and printer/scanner in unit, Vonage phone line. Heat and A/C in master bedroom, whole house water filtration system, maid service 2 times a week. 1300 square feet.
Fully furnished, all linens, towels, dishes and plates. BBQ, mountain bikes, rock star location steps away from the malecon/boardwalk and 1/2 block to the plaza, church, all banks and town center. Hear the lake and waves breaking on the malecon at night and church bells during the day from your bed.
Unit has full kitchen but there are many places to eat for $3 to $4 within a block including 3 coffee shops. Kitchen has sink, oven, range, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, espresso maker, BBQ grill, George Foreman sandwich maker, all utensils.
Recently remodeled.

Huge rental in heart of Chapala 1 block from plaza / malecon / church and everything. fiber optic, rock star location, solar energy system so no power outage worries (during day) and nobody nagging you to turn off lights or AC when you walk from one room to the next (be green but be comfortable)
この宿泊施設の特徴
High speed fiber optic internet, purified water, best location, HUGE place! Water purification and pressure system, the water here is nasty and we have it go through silt filter, then another sediment filter, then carbon filter then UV filter then one final filter so you dont brush your teeth nor baths in water that smells like rotten eggs and has no pressure, sad but true.
