Quiet neighborhood with lots to see, eat and experience nearby. Quick walk to accessible transportation. Adequate amenities in the flat. Great communication with the owner. Recommend highly.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment held our 5 well & the amenities were helpful for our weeklong stay including the washer. The location was excellent with easy walk to old street underground and all the activity on Old Street including Aldi grocery store. Kie was very responsive and so helpful with advising on transportation from airport and around town. WiFi worked well and we enjoyed logging into TV at night. Def rec the George & Vulture pub around the corner! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to stay!

This is a great flat! Michelle & Kie were extremely helpful. The location was great. Also plenty of space for our group of 7. Would definitely stay here again. Very secure and quiet as well.

A great holiday spent in London.

Our property was in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to transportation restaurants and parks. Our hosts were amazing with many recommendations of things to do places to eat etc . Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

This is a great flat, as advertised. There is some peeling paint and plaster as to be expected by the age of the building, but overall the location (steps to the bus), owners (so responsive and helpful!), comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and size all make this a wonderful place. Would definitely stay here again. Very secure and quiet as well. Great for a family.

London trip

I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family and had everything we need. Check-in was great. We were met at the property and we given great tips on getting around the city.

Great location

Clean, well located apartment. It’s close to transit and good shopping and restaurants. It was great to have an extra toilet. However, the main bathroom is very small. A caddy in the shower to place soap, etc would be great, so would hand towels in the kitchen. We were out and about in London all day so we didn’t need much- so this place was okay for that.

Nice big flat

Good sized 3 bedroom apartment. Bus stop right outside the complex made the 20 minute ride to the tourist sites very simple. Lots of hip restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood.

Wonderful Flat in a Convenient Location

Great communications with the owner prior to and throughout the visit. The flat easily accomodated our family. We loveed the super convenient location with a bus stop right out in front of the property and a short walk to the Tube station. Overall, a really pleasant stay and can highly recommend!

A week in London

Excellent place with a solid location. 20-40 minutes via bus to the tourist spots around London. A 10 minute walk to an Underground. Clean and enough beds to comfortably sleep 5 or more. The only minor complaint is that there was only one set of keys available. A couple sets would make it easier for different groups to come and go as needed.

Convenience location and easy communication

Location is great, bus stop and underground are closed by. Host is very nice and easy to communicate. Key collect is also very efficient (we arrived late at 9pm). Rooms are spacious. Shower is small -if you are 5'11", over 220lbs, just able to squeeze in/out. Do bring in all toiletries. Kitchenware, microwave do need extra cleaning. Overall is a good stay for our family of 5.

Its an Ok Place...

Pro's- Great location if you are visiting London city. The property is close to London city and most tourist locations. There is a bus stop right outside the property which can take you anywhere you want. Also, the Old City train station is less then 10 mins walk. There are lots of resturants, bars, grocery stores nearby. The property owner is very nice, responsive and super helpful. We originally had reservation for family of 4 but during the last minute-our friends family decided to join us. The owner did NOT charge us for additional members. Con's- The pictures are deceiving. It is older property then the pictures and needs some upgrades. The shower is too small (no pictures of the shower when you book it online). The apartment Only has one bathroom. The second one is only a toilet. So with 6-8 guest it becomes challenging for everyone to get ready and leave ontime. There are no amenities (toilet paper, soaps, etc) provided. The apartment is not very clean- lots of dust.

Hi Parimal, Thank you for your review. I am happy to have saved you the extensive cost of homing your extended family I accommodated at short notice, free of charge. As stated the apartment is 1.5 bathrooms, along with a clear photo of the shower. The apartment is larger than around 80% of 3 bed comparables in Central London . As I allowed an early check in for you and your family you unfortunately caught me at short notice but if you had looked at the welcome pack you would have seen details on where to find the stock of toiletries etc which I apologise for. I will note for future guests to ensure they are aware of this at check in so thank you for mentioning. Best wishes.

Four nights in June.

Met our needs close to Old Street underground as a home base for a whirlwind tour of London. A little smaller than it looked it the pictures, but the value/location combination was good.

London stopover

Larger property that gives everyone their own bedroom. A grocery store is nearby. The tube is about 15 min away walking with kids, but the bus stop is just meters away. Washer in unit is helpful with kids.

I couldn’t be any more pleased with my stay,Lauren was a great host,always in communication,the place was perfect for the group of 8 that I traveled with.Everything went super smooth and Shoreditch was a very fun area to spend our time in London.I wish I had the time to stay longer,had an absolute blast and miss it already,thank you Lauren!!

Spacious London flat in a suberb central location

This flat was the perfect base for our party of 8 adults. The flat is in an excellent location that is so central. We found it very easy to get around london on both the bus and tube. With Angel and Shoreditch only down the road, there is great selection of bars and restaurants without having to venture far. The flat itself had plenty of space for the 8 of us. There's a modern, well equiped kitchen and a good sized sitting room and eating area. The flat was very clean and comfortable as were the bedrooms and beds. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be renting the flat again for future visits to London.

Great roomy apartment

This is a very clean, updated and roomy flat in a central location. Easy to get anywhere by bus or tube. Lauren was great! If I am ever lucky enough to make it back to London, I would surely love to stay here again!

Fantastic!!

Stayed at this flat with 6 friends in May. Whole flat was perfect, very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. Very reasonable rates and owner fitted arrival and departure times around us which was great. In a fantastic location within walking distance of hoxton/ shoreditch with bus right outside straight into Central London. Would definitely stay again.
