This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features a thoughtful mix of vintage charm and fresh beach-inspired updates, with direct Gulf views and private dune walkover access.

The main floor boasts an open-concept design with a large great room, dining space, and well-stocked kitchen. Three plush sofas offer ample space for movie nights or afternoon naps, including a queen sleeper for additional guests. A large porch extends the living space outdoors with a hanging swing, alfresco dining table, and sun decks on either side for all-day lounging. The home was as described and directly on the beach with beautiful views. We had some disappointments on arrival with the beach access due to the unexpected dredging process, then minor WiFi issues, but management was quick to respond/send someone to help. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the management’s commitment to making things right for us! The location is beautiful and will not disappoint.

Beautiful Home

This home is absolutely beautiful, my family and I had such an incredible time here! The home has the perfect location, literally just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, from your very own beach access. The home was equipped with basically everything we needed for our stay. We were able to check in almost 2 hours early which was a huge plus for us! We loved this home so much I’m sure we will be renting it again in the future!

Pros: The view was fantastic. Direct beach access is awesome. The renting agency was easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Cons: The kitchen was outfitted with the cheapest possible version of everything - pots & pans, utensils, flatware, appliances. Many pots were damaged too badly to use. Disappointing given the price we paid and in comparison to other places we've stayed nearby.

Thank you for the kind comments and positive feedback on this great beach house. However, the complaints about the Kitchen are very frustrating. Had this been communicated that you had subpar supplies or were dissatisfied with what was provided - we would of brought out all new items. We keep numerous brand new sets of Pots, pans, utensils, kitchen items stocked at our office and frequently replace and resupply as needed. These are heavily use rental homes so we may not buy top end Pots and pans because of the heavy use but when we noticed they have gone beyond their useful life we replace or at the request of a guest. Future guests please rent this wonderful beach house with confidence! Additionally the house is getting a brand new exterior beach front deck! Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways

Amazing location

The location and view of the water was amazing. The only thing that would be nice is that they say the property sleeps 12 we had only 9 and there would not have been enough towels if we would have had 1 more. It was also lacking some very basic supplies. There is a request to run the dishwasher prior to leaving which is very standard but there were any pods to run the washer. It also lacked some other very basics like salt and pepper which aren’t a big deal if you drive but if you fly buying those very basics is a huge waste for guests. I can’t say enough about the views and location though.

Family Fun in Sun

The house is very comfortable. The bedrooms were perfect for us. ( 6 adults, 1 child) The living area was arranged perfectly. There are puzzles and beach books for when-a beach break is needed. The deck is terrific! We used the gas grill with no problems. Downstairs is an outdoor shower. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, pans, bowls, dishes, pots, utensils & cooking utensils. Another set of forks would be nice to have as we don’t use plastic! Also, as the freezer in the fridge is small & the demand for ice is high, perhaps a small ice maker could be installed? A kitchen drawer came off the track and maintenance was out that day to repair it! He also set up the hose for us as someone had removed the connector. One flaw that was almost a deal breaker for us renting again next year is the bathroom in large downstairs bedroom. The toilet/shower closet has slatted, wooden swinging doors as seen in old Western movies! They don’t even latch! This affords no privacy. I am hoping that the owner upgrades this to a barn door! I rented in good faith that this will happen! The boardwalk to the beach is excellent. It was so nice having 2 Adirondack chairs at the base of the walk. Such a great place to sit & sip or read or just listen to waves at night. Lovely touch! We used the beach umbrella for extra shade. There were beach chairs & toys that we did not use. All in all this was a great house for us.

End of Summer Beach Vacay!

We very much enjoyed our time at this property and would recommend it to friends. We would definitely consider coming back in the future. The staff was very helpful in accommodating an early check-in since we had little kids who had been in the car for a very long time. We very much appreciated this. The location was fantastic and the beach access was perfect. The property was not far from the main drag, but it was far enough away to be calm and uncrowded. We did notice that the boardwalk needed some TLC, but no one was injured or maimed and it was not unsafe. The outdoor seating areas also maybe needed some attention, but again, these are only minor comments. There was plenty of space to accommodate our group and nothing was uncomfortable. The family room space was perfect! There was lots of room for all of our group to sit in the evenings and plenty of room around the dining table (but we did need a few more chairs here). The TV was nice and easy to use. The WiFi also worked well, even for video conferencing. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot. It was a bit hard to cook for a big group (maybe needed more large items like pots, pans, baking sheets, etc.), but we were prepared for this and managed to adapt as needed. The appliances were a little dated but functioned adequately. The refrigerator struggled to keep up when we first arrived and packed it full of groceries for 11 adults; but we were able to contact the text line and a service provider was sent to inspect it on the same day. He vacuumed some cooling components and it was running great by the end of the evening. We were very pleased with the responsiveness of the staff to address this issue. The sleeping arrangements easily accommodated our group and no one complained about the beds being uncomfortable. (This is my own personal suggestion, but I would have appreciated some upgraded/additional bedding, as what was provided was a bit minimal. But, I understand not wanting to put a lot of investment into this when people don't treat it well.) The kitchen cabinets and bathrooms needed to be updated -- there was nothing wrong with them, but they were obviously dated. Still, there was plenty of hot water and everything was very clean so this really wasn't a disappointment or problem. The water pressure was also good so long as not all three bathrooms were going at the same time. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this property for others.

We have both the back deck and the walkway schedule for replacement and repair this off season. The beach is a harsh environment and it is time to get those two parts of the house fixed (the deck replaced and the walkway repaired/updated). We will also check out the kitchen items and make sure we are adequately stocked up with the necessary pots and pans. Great location.

This house checked all the boxes. Staying right on the beach was great! There was plenty of spaces inside and on the porch for our group to hang out together comfortably. We would rent this place again.
