The beach house in Gnisvärd is located 150 meters from the beach. The beach here has shallow waters and is child-friendly. Yoga and kitesurfing classes are offered on the beach for those looking for an active vacation. Within walking distance is the fishing village of Gnisvärd, where you can swim from the ladder on the pier. Restaurants such as Broman & Son, Tofta Beach House, and Surflogiet are within walking distance.

Tofta Strandbageri has freshly baked bread every morning. It’s 8 km to Visby Golf Club, Kronholmen, one of Sweden’s best golf courses.



The house is built in a modern Gotlandic style using concrete with a zinc roof. The combination of an open floor plan, large windows that let in wonderful natural light, access to a large patio, and a balcony that gets sun from lunchtime through the evening creates a special atmosphere that few homes in the area can offer.



The house offers a perfect balance between the open floor plan of the common areas and the secluded bedrooms. On the lower level is one of the bedrooms with a double bed and the larger bathroom, which includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for cooking.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a TV room with access to a balcony. The upper level also features a bathroom with a shower. A total of 6 beds.



The patio is made of concrete and features a sofa set and a dining set. It faces southwest to west. In addition, there is a parking space and Wi-Fi.
