Set within a 45-acre farm, this property is surrounded by fields of sheep and horses, with resident peacocks and doves also nearby. A major cycle route can be found at the edge of the grounds, offering wonderful rides through the Conwy Valley. Conwy itself is a World Heritage Site and home to a 13th century castle together with a selection of independent shops, restaurants and a fishing harbour. Nature lovers will be spoilt for choice between Bodnant Gardens, the RSPB reserve and on-site wildlife excursions, which are available by arrangement. Other nearby attractions include Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed and the Isle of Anglesey.
Inside, the accommodation is spacious and open-plan with a fresh, modern feel and plenty of natural light. Prepare delicious meals in the contemporary kitchen area, before dining at the farmhouse table nearby, which enjoys garden views on two sides. The relaxing lounge area sits in sunlight beneath a large Velux window and opens onto the garden through glass patio doors, perfect for summer afternoons. You'll find a smart TV, DVD player and a digital radio here too. Also on the ground floor is a well-presented king-size bedroom with tasteful antique furniture, tiled flooring and an en-suite wet room with shower. Upstairs, a spacious twin bedroom is served by a compact shower room. There is also a charming upstairs snug area with a desk and chair for doing work while away.
Outside, there is a beautifully-maintained garden with a picnic bench, BBQ, wildlife pond and large lawn area for the whole family to enjoy.
