Keen walkers can also spend their days exploring via the South West Coast Path, taking in the spectacular scenery and views along the way, or trekking across Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor. Located to the rear of the property and accessed via both the lounge and ground floor bedroom, a large enclosed garden has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment. A generously proportioned patio is presented with lovely informal garden future and a gas BBQ, and provides the perfect place to relax in the sun whilst children can enjoy the climbing frame with swing and slide, and at the end of the day you can relax in your own private hot tub. There is also an outdoor showr tap, perfect for washing off wetsuits and muddy paws. Private off-road parking for four cars is provided within the private enclosed area.
