Walk into this charming farmhouse full of period features with a wide 17th-century door, exposed beams, low doorways, fireplaces and interesting features throughout. The kitchen is a fabulous space to rustle up a meal with your local purchases, it is creatively designed with all the thoughtful little extras including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with the washing machine in the separate utility room. Watch out for the low doorway to the utility, there is a separate WC here too. When the food is ready, walk down two steps to the spacious dining room which is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal together. After dinner head through to the lounge with a feature fireplace and relax on the comfortable leather suites, read through the local guides to plan your activities, watch a film on the Smart TV and light the wood burner for cosy nights in. Maybe head to the conservatory and embrace the view - open the door and let the outside in on balmy summer nights. Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms to choose from, the king-size with en-suite shower and WC, another king-size and a cosy twin room, all with lovely linen, soft towels and designed for a good night’s sleep. Enjoy a leisurely bath or shower in the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. In an elevated position, the enclosed garden offers fabulous countryside views from sunrise to sunset. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, or head over to the games room with table football/air hockey.
Relax on the lounger on the lawn and enjoy being outdoors, look out for cattle in the fields and listen to the birdsong. The garden is enclosed for peace of mind with your children and dogs. There is ample parking at the property, a bike store, and an outside tap.
