Surrounded by heathlands and centuries-old esdorp villages, with the Gieten-Borger Forest District just around the corner and Drentsche Aa National Park within cycling distance, you’ll find hiking and biking trails here for everyone—from leisurely forest strolls to challenging mountain bike trails through the rolling countryside.

A home that welcomes youDe Kuifkwekker is a detached wooden house full of character. The large garden offers plenty of space: relax on the lounge chairs in the afternoon or evening sun, barbecue at the outdoor dining table until dark, or snuggle up by the decorative fireplace in the evening while the trees rustle outside.
