New 150 m² villa with view of the Forêt-Fouesnant bay, garden. Can accommodate 9 people, modern fully equipped kitchen, freezer. Two bathrooms and two toilets serve 1 bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Composed of four single beds and two double beds with sea views. Family living room with flat screen, wifi. Washing machine and dryer, complete baby kit. South-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture with parasol and sun loungers, barbecue, garage and private parking. Linens provided.
Access to the aquatic area, indoor swimming pool from April 28 °.
Children's playground, free entertainment, aqua gym, table tennis, tennis, children's club in season (5/11 years).
Catering, grocery, bread, bar, organized evenings.
House well located for visiting southern Finistère, facing the glénans islands., 5 km from Concarneau, Fouesnant, marina 800 m, sailing school, boat rental, 18 hole golf course 2 km away, hiking trails, small direct beach from the campsite!

Lovely modern property in a great location for the beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is ace and wasn’t too busy. We were within 20mins drive from all the beautiful beaches in the area. The villa is modern and was big enough to fit us all in comfortably (2 families with 7 in total). The villa doesn’t have a few bits you might expect like a hairdryer or tea towels, but the owners are very friendly and provided everything we asked for. Great stay and definitely one we want to come back too!

Wonderful villa, in a good campsite & handy location! Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do it justice. Excellent, excellent villa, spacious, very well equipped and easily accommodated 2 families of 4! We loved the bbq provided, great kitchen dining space and eating outside on the patio. The fact the villa had a double garage meant the kids bikes were secure. The campsite has a great bouncy castle/ play area, 2 pools and 3 slides. So once you are done visiting the numerous sites, the kids loved coming back and playing in the pool or on their bikes. The on-site bar, pizzeria and wee shop all came in handy. From Mme Teurnier to all the staff, they were super helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic holiday. Highly recommend.

Great luxury villa, fantastic location

The villa is very modern with a great kitchen and modern bathrooms. The view from the terrace and the bedrooms on the bay is special. The house is just outside the camping and you can make use of all camping facilities (Small store, petangue, bars, swimming pool, table tennis, tennis etc if you want. The beds are very comfortable and the wifi is very good. 6 minutes walk to the kerleven beach, one of the most beautifull beaches of Bretagne. We are very critical persons but to be honest we have nothing to complain ;-)
