VILLA OCEAN ZEN SAINTE MARINE COMBRIT. The Villa: labeled and classified 5 stars , built in 2021 in the town of Sainte-Marine at the edge of the ocean, near Bénodet, Villa Océan Zen is a modern architect house that welcomes up to 6 travelers for rent. A villa of 200 m² fully privatized and organized on the ground floor to guarantee access PMR.
Three master suites (modular: single beds, double bed) integrating dressings of individual bathrooms. A spa with a 37° Jacuzzi, an indoor pool heated to 29° (a hammam session 1heure , a sauna session 45min access tokens included 1/day rental). A landscaped garden of 300 m² enclosed and its terrace for your summer evenings. A double private garage . A fully secured site, equipped with a camera for the surveillance of vehicles overlooking the outdoor parking with motion detection Please read our rental agreement, available before your payment by CB step 2/3 of your booking

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is stunning—spacious, stylish, and spotless. The private spa was such a treat and made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and we loved strolling down to the charming nearby port—so picturesque! Beyond expectations

This is unquestionably a magnificent property hosted by very lovely owners. It boasts modern features and every facility imaginable. Impeccably clean with tasteful decor, it is impossible to fault its presentation. We have stayed at very many properties over the years, but none that surpass this home, nestled in a secure neighbourhood, close to shops, restaurants, walks and the port precinct. Every traveller's wish is catered for, from state-of-the-art appliances to comfortable beds and plenty of space, both inside and out. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs while providing us with privacy. This is truly a destination which will satisfy even the most demanding guest, we cannot rate it highly enough. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Pool is fantastisch. Jerome und Mayder sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es hat alles super geklappt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Sainte Marine ist ein sehr schöner, ursprünglicher und wenig überlaufener Ort mit einem tollen langen fußläufig erreichbaren Strand . Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Ein schönes, großzügiges Haus mit toller Ausstattung, wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand, diverse Restaurants/Creperien, Bäckerei, Fischgeschäft: alles fußläufig oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Nur der Weg zum Supermarkt musste mit dem Auto erfolgen. Und war das Wetter mal nicht für den Strandbesuch geeignet, konnten wir uns im schönen Spa-Bereich erholen! Die Vermieter waren wunderbar und immer äußerst hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Superbe séjour, villa aux prestations haut de gamme. Propre, bien agencée et spacieuse, la villa offre tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. De l'accueil au départ tout était simplement parfait ! Une maison exceptionnelle avec des prestations de très hautes qualités. Un vrai cocon pour démarrer cette nouvelle année. La pièce bien être et détente a tenu toutes ses promesses! Le hamam est vraiment très appréciable et le jacuzzi d'une propreté irréprochable! La literie est un vrai nid douillet. Le contact avec Mayder et Jérôme très agréable, professionnels tout en étant sympathiques et à l'écoute. En résumé nous avons hâte de revenir à La Villa Ocean Zen. Merci

Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour exceptionnel ! Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien dans cette très jolie et spacieuse villa. La propreté est irréprochable. Dotée d'équipements haut de gamme et de matériaux de grande qualité. Le SPA, quoi de mieux pour la détente. La proximité du port de Sainte Marine, de Bénodet, de Concarneau, des îles des Glénan et tant d'autres lieux magiques font que son emplacement est idéal.
