Perfect for couples sightseeing: Everything is really close by – the location is very good. The mattress is fantastic. Comfortable for two people. The free airport transfer worked like a charm: great service, although the airport is also easily accessible by public transport. A smaller pillow could also be provided. The street noise is quite audible. There is another key safe next to the key safe – they can be confused.

: The location. Excellent for getting around by tube. The staff were helpful, always responding quickly to our messages. General lack of maintenance. There were no cleaning products in the kitchen, but this was sorted out once we reported it. The remote control batteries were flat. The first-aid kit hadn’t been restocked and the cleaning could have been much better.

A good experience, but there is room for improvement. Excellent location, good facilities, with all the necessary equipment. Comfortable bed, good water pressure. The bed pillows were very flat and well-worn. The house needs to be aired out more, as it smelled strongly of mould. Cleaning was a bit lacking, particularly the floor, cobwebs on the walls and a lot of dust on the TV stand. It wasn’t possible to cook in two frying pans, as their bases weren’t compatible with the induction hob. I missed having a full-length mirror. It wasn’t very easy to spot the letterbox with the accommodation key on the street, as there were several in the same spot. I would suggest marking them with colours or letters.
