We always appreciate that the management is helpful and professional. The maintenance man was also very nice when helping us with an issue during our last couple of days, and I hope that gets fully resolved soon. However, we were disappointed with the accessibility to the ocean. The beach access requires significant climbing, and our 5-year-old needed assistance to get through safely. The rope mentioned by prior guests to get up the sand dune is currently just an old broken log attached to air, which looks like it has been that way for a while. I highly recommend updating the property description to accurately explain the minimum accessibility requirements for the beach.Additionally, the house itself is showing its age. While the nautical theme is cute, a new couch would be a welcome addition. We also noticed that only a few windows open, and while we found a couple of decent pans to cook with, there was no baking sheet available. Furthermore, ocean views are quite limited; unless you are taller, you can only see the dunes, except for one upstairs window. On a positive note, the area and neighborhood were nice and quiet, and we enjoyed seeing the deer walking around in the morning. Along with being a dog friendly property.
